I am so very disappointed in the stance that this company has taken with our charity following the glowing review for the initial oversight on my side, even though they took the stance of giving a goodwill gesture of a years membership to a charity I run and just a few months later retracted this and changed the trajectory and took back a membership gifted. I unfortunately give a one star but upon the review of their tactical behaviour, ignoring my requests to resolve the new issue and speak with their management team. They are absolutely disgusting, avoid at at all costs.

It’s basically a scam. You think you’re making a one-time payment for an image, only to discover that you’ve somehow signed yourself up for an overpriced subscription to a truly crappy service. I’ll try to get the charge reversed through Amex.

I paid 0.99 for a subscription to edit a picture and then they charged 49.99 with my concent.
These people are evil scammers...refusing to refund the money.

Resulta que tienes que pagar un euro y medio para descargar un diseño muy bonito, que lo veía bien... pero la sorpresa es que nadie te dice de que te estás suscribiendo a un plan en el que, pasada una semanaa, te cobran 45 euros y medio por no haberlo dado de baja. Un engaño y un robo en toda regla. No confies en esa web

they charge me unwanted. First payed € 1,29 Then they started robbing my credit card of €39.99 every month.Repeatedly asked if they wanted to stop doing that, but still robberies. What a shady bunch it is, watch out.

I would give a zero star if I could. It's a fraud. It says access for 7 days and then when I want to make a second photo better it says I have used up my credits.....so I paid for 1 photo, that is not even perfect .99$ It's ridiculous....don't use this fraud.

I can't tell anything about this company other then that it does not appear to be pixella.ai, for which all other reviews here on Trustpilot are submitted. Pixella.ai deserves that 1 star rating for being a fraud, not Pixella.it. Pixella.it wants to talk to people, do something completely different from Pixella.ai, these services are not related so complaints about pixella.ai should be posted at their own account, not here. Despite posting 1 star reviews for Pixella.ai being mostly useless as pixella.ai just buys enough 5 star reviews to make the real ones mostly invisible.

To summarize, this site has nothing to do with the scams performed by pixella.ai and aided by Trustpilot as they do not take them down.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid £0.75 to edit one photo and then they charged me £34.99 for a subscription that I did not sign up to. It’s a con. AVOID USING

The evening I wrote this review I received an email advising both payments would be refunded in full (!)
A week later I have now received them and have thanked Pixella for this. However it has taken over a month of very frustrating emails to achieve this outcome.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. These people are rude and ignorant. They not only take your money without authorisation they then continue to ignore emails sent to them requesting a refund.
If anyone has managed to actually get a refund I would be grateful to hear how they did it!

Fraud website. Signed up for a $1.49 USD service. Charged $40 USD a week later from a different company linked to this payment account.

You cannot take sufficient care with this business. I purchased a logo for $US0.99 - and took up no offers or trials. Next thing you know, there is a charge of $A60.52 against my credit card. Only interested in accessing your money. Don't even give the website a try unless you want to battle them for the return of your stolen funds.
