Providing support to NHS Organisation
As the Specialist Information Lead with an NHS Talking Therapies Service I asked Pixel Dynamic to produce a specification for a new website. When I contacted Pixel Dynamic I found Adam to be polite and professional and very keen to work with my organisation. Before our initial meeting Adam had done a lot of background work on the local area and what our service was so at the time of our discussion he was already armed with potential options and ideas to suit my needs. Pixel Dynamics were very accommodating and super responsive in terms of being flexible with my requests and ideas and tailoring the initial specification to meet my needs which put me at ease throughout the entire process.
Everything Adam explained was simple and straightforward and took me through every step of the way with visual examples and broke down any jargon that I did not understand. I could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable in web design and general digital marketing. Adam provided us with a quote, timeline and breathing space to consider taking him on with no hassle and no harassment.
Due to internal circumstances the company decided to not move with the project but Pixel Dynamics were extremely understanding and professional through my entire experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Pixel Dynamics to any corporate/nhs or third sector organisations as the engagement was nothing but positive.
