The upload area on the website was not working and a proof was never generated for me; so I ended up working with a customer service rep on the phone. When the book was printed the cover printed on the book was not centered, which was explained to do so.

It was a very difficult process to get the file format exactly right, the upload process never worked (an employee eventually manually submitted my files), and the final print was surprisingly and disappointingly blurry. I would not use this service again in the future.

My first experience
The entire order and now I have to go through each wrong page printed. Very disappointed. I used another place first time and error free. I was trying to see if Pixart could do more based on my future book so gave it a try on a small job. I wasted $70

Nice product. Professionally done. My only complaint is that 2 copies of my book that were on top were damaged in packaging. Both had slight creases and fold marks on the covers. Other than that…all good

Beautiful book, fast
I used pixart to print my yearly journal/date book. I designed it myself and they provided a super easy to use template so I got it right the first time. The cost was very reasonable. The printing was fast. The end result was beautiful. I will absolutely print with them again.

Last Minute Xmas Gift Success!
This was my first time working with Pixart and overall I was/am very happy with my experience!
Since I am a designer, I did not need to utilize any services other than printing/binding. I submitted my files on a Sunday, and by that Thursday, all five 100-page, hardcover books had been delivered! SO fast! The turnaround, quality and pricing of the product was great and I'll keep Pixart in mind for any future needs!
There were really only a couple things I would call out that could be improved:
1) For orders, make sure the billing address shows the address that was used in the account (my status kept showing the shipping address as the billing, which was incorrect)
2) If problems arise with the machines, notify clients whose jobs are in progress. Fortunately, I reached out and my project was completed before the binding machine went down, but I would've been disappointed (although I understand) had I not known and my project delayed.

Great customer service, Burt some issues
Great customer service, but with issues. Your rep improperly converted my file to a PDF, so my careful pages were messed up. I had spent hours setting them up. Further, I don't believe I received the 20% discount for the first time customer that I was told I would. I asked for a receipt that showed it, and never received it. Therefore, I am not able to see where it was deducted. So: I appreciate the customer service, but would like to see some recompense for spending $80, apparently without the promised discount, on a book that failed to look as I had hoped.

The customer service was great! I needed help formatting to the website's template, and the person I chatted with was extremely helpful.
