I’ve ordered this product for a couple of years. I’ve mainly bought via EBay and more recently directly from the company. I really liked this product however if you can’t trust the company how can you really trust the product? 2 weeks ago I received an urgent email from them to say the order was out of stock and would I like an alternative or a refund. I requested an alternative. I received no response and sent 4 follow up emails over the period. I then read reviews and it seems the company have a history of doing this. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank and have now ordered a similar product from a more trustworthy company. As I say, if I can’t trust the company how can I possibly trust that the product is as it’s advertised? This is no way to run a business or treat a loyal customer. I’ve lost faith in the brand and found an alternative I can trust.

This is probably the worst product if any type I have used in my long life. First and most important issue is that it just doesn't work and is completely ineffective at controlling body odour, Second issue is it;s silly packaging, Eco friendly yes but cardboard casing and water do not mix

Disappointing result from this natural deodorant.
I've been using a different brand for years, I thought I'd give this a try. After a couple of months of less than satisfactory protection, I'm reverting back to my original brand.

They keep your money even you didnt get the products!!!! AND there is no return guarantee :-(

Yes - It's been a long time since I ordered and paid for my order.

I have been a customer for years, but now they have new owners. And now there is no communication if you contact customer service. I wrote several times now!! They don't help at all :-(

I also tried via Instagram, but this didn't work either.

They shipped the package (I got a tracking number) but this was rejected at danish customs and sent back to their location. After that I heard nothing and therefore contacted Pitputty as I have not received my products. I clearly asked for a refund and after maybe 1 week of waiting, I get a message that they can send again or if I would like a refund. I replied again that I wanted a refund, as I didn't want to risk it being sent back again from danish customs. Never got a reply back.

So they kept my money and have the products back in their warehouse.

Very bad service - Stay away from this new company that keep your money!!!!!!!!

I have been using Pit Putty for a couple of months now and I am very happy with it. Smells lovely and does the job. 1 stick lasts for a very long time.

Beware - I think this is a sham company. Took my money, no product has been delivered, no contact made, no queries answered... Companies house says the company has been dissolved but it appears to still be trading. Very dodgy!

I've been using the Lavender & Lemon pit putty for a while now and swear by it. I'm a 44 yr old male and finding something which is good for the planet, smells nice and works is really tricky - and this does all of that.

Love this product hasn't let me down yet. Love that I can put it all over my body and have even put it on my face and it stops my nose from sweating when I get flushed 😳
I have stocked up and have given some to family who have also had great results.
We need other natural products like this eg shower gel shampoo

I love Pit Putty! It feels like a nice alternative to spraying and rolling all sorts on your underarms - it works, and the delivery service is perfect. Simples!

Pit putty is one of few natural antiperspirants that actually works, even through spin class and gym sessions, scents are nice too
I do find the stick application does not work as well

I have been using Pit Putty for several years now and the company have always delivered on time and the customer service is excellent. I use the lemongrass product, which has a lovely aroma and lasts throughout the day. I feel confident using Pit Putty andcut doesn't stain my clothes

Recently bought two of my favourites, Rose Geranium and Lavendar Lemon. I love the scents and I love the natural deodorant. My skin doesn't get irritated with Pit Putty. I have recommended it to others.

I’ve tried the unscented stick deodorant and while it’s ok for a day I find it tends to leave me a little sticky and stinky after about 8 hours or so . Also I’m a lady of a certain age and it does not stand up very well to night sweats . I will continue to use it during the day but after my shower at the end of the day it’s going to be back to my usual unfortunately.

I love the tins - they're what converted me to natural deodorant, as I doubted it could work, but it does! Just had to order three tins to make sure I'm not running out while the company transitions :-)
Definitely a return customer and have given so many mini ones as gifts before, always well received!

Repeat purchase. Eco friendly, cruelty free and vegan friendly deodorant that does exactly what it says. I've used this in the Amazon jungle and and in the high Andies and it has never left me smelling sweaty.

I'm using the lavender deodorant in a tin and my daughter's got the lemongrass one - both smell lovely and fresh. I do sweat while wearing the deodorant, but there's no smell. All natural and no corn starch - which is an added bonus.

I love Pit Putty, it really works, for hours. The packaging is recyclable and it smells lovely.

Love their deodorant- fresh scent that lasts all day. Non greasy and the packaging doesn’t soften although it’s cardboard.

Bought a mini one to try, lemongrass fragrance, which had a lovely smell, easy to apply, so I bought the full size one.
Little disappointed as the smell wasn't as strong and found it hard to apply, very hard on the skin.
It didn't work for me, as it didn't keep me fresh.
Love the concept of the product, disappointed as I would of ordered more if it had worked for me.
Just unlucky I guess.
