Never would have bought a Chinese bike if it wasn’t for pitbikedirect
Normal Chinese bikes break straight out of the crate and chucked in a shed cause you cannot get the parts to fix it

But pitbikedirect have been more than helpful and great service great bike

Special thank you too derek at pitbikedirect in sales were he chased and sent free parts to replace on my bike all done under warranty also sold me the bike and is still in contact with me to ensure I am getting the most out of my bike ,keep up the good work , would recommend if you are buying a bike from here too get the company to pdi the bike as the mechanics know the ins and outs of all the bikes and also to ensure long life out of all components

Bought a Thumpstar Juice to my son for Christmas, when unpacked we discovered it had the "Kill switch wire" ripped out of the handle, a broken panel, fittings for the handle bar and the mud gard had to be retapped. The wiring loom had to be reorganized. Contacted the company and after being told to fill in a form online( not possible to just put the Kill switch in an envelope for next day delivery so the bike could be set up to be used) and promised a swift response. Next day I received an email stating that they had the Kill switch in stock and available for delivery, I was also offered a "Good will gesture" in goods or as a partial refund.
I had to chase them for the replacement parts and once delivered I was told that I was no longer "Entitled to any Good will gestures" as I had been "Given" replacement parts.

Don't know where to start since I have a lot to say about this site. I been trying to place an order online with them for the past few weeks, it's been twice now that I placed an order and two days later get informed that they haven't got any In stock. Then they offered me a different bike! I was happy with the offer so I accepted and got promised is gone be delivered the next working day. I called in again and they said the item hasn't been dispatched because PayPal couldn't confirm the address. And while all this is happening they didn't even bother sending me an e-mail or contact me in anyway to update me regarding my order. And i still haven't received a thing. Been promised 1 more day. Well let's see if it's going to arrive anytime soon. I doubt it!!!

My advise is!!! They suck!!! Costumer service wise, website wise, and delivery wise. My biggest mistake 😡😡😡😡
