Used for first time, excellent service. Goods received within days of payment. Contacted throughout with delivery updates. Would recommend using this company

Very good service, corner shower cubicle is perfect.

Product received as described on website. Fast delivery.

As always, or a lot of the time anyway, reviews are requested before use of the purchased article can be fully assessed . My radiators are still in the box awaiting the plumber fitting them next week. All I can say meantime is that delivery was prompt and peeling back part of the packaging, which seems adequate and having had a quick look at one of the radiators it would appear to be as per my order. I can review further when the plumber has them on the wall and they're working.

Good quality, great service and prices. Full marks. I was kept informed throughout the purchase and delivery. 10 out of 10 for the couriers too, delivered in the time slot they said they would and even put a photo on my tracking page to show the package was in the "safe place" I had indicated on the delivery remarks the evening before.

Brilliant, thank you.

I made an inquiry asking if the product was compatible with my shower and was told it was so I ordered it , I was kept informed of when it would be delivered & on the day given a 1hr delivery slot, It arrived well packed, delivered by a cheerful guy, Really pleased with it , Seems to make the water flow more forcefully. Our old one(not from this company) lasted almost 2yrs, The 10 yr guarantee on this sounds great.

On time and intact

Perfect service, fast delivery although expensive and good quality product.

The website was easy to use, I got the necessary dimensions for the shower screen, the screen was delivered early and was well designed. I highly recommend Pioneer Bathrooms.

It was delivered quickly. The only glitch was the fact that I received two emails with different delivery dates. The second one I received after 8 had received the goods!

Excellent service from the initial phone call to delivery all with an unbeatable price.

It was an excellent service delivery date was 5days but got a call within the hour of placing the order to say it would be delivered next day.
Very helpful customer service polite and very pleasant phone manner.

i was very pleased with my new tap as the one i changed it or was to high for my window to open in, the one that i've received is perfect, thank you, i would recommend pioneerbathrooms highly

Cheap worked didnt leak

A super bargain priced shower screen absolutely correct for the exisating opening we already have and a superfast delivery by a very helpful delivery guy

First order place and was surprised at the ease the order was placed and the following delivery was sent.

Great communications throughout the purchase and after sales, particularly with regard to despatch and delivery. Competative price and easy to navigate website.

The bath and basin taps I purchased were of great quality and price ,and far better than the ones I had considered buying from a well known D.I.Y. Store. The delivery was also excellent.

Thank you very much for your excellent service and a superb tall bathroom cabinet
arrived in perfect condition. Thank you once again Jean Denny
