Paul, Jason and Dakota were fantastic — professional, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful throughout the whole packing and uplift process. They took great care and worked incredibly hard to wrap and pack our belongings and pack them into the container ready for the trip overseas. They arrived on time and were well really well organised, and made what can be a stressful few days feel so much easier. We’ve used PSS before, and we would again. Thank you.

Three professional men came and packed our first floor flat. That were friendly and ultra fast and never complained once about carrying ultra heavy furniture down a flight of stairs. They were clean and left no damage. I cannot comment on the inventory once it arrives at our new location but hopefully all goes well.

One of the worst experiences from start to finish.
Miss quoted on shipping costs. Miss estimated quantities. Failed to book sailing dates. Charged extra for own delays and threatening behaviour if we didn't pay additional charges added at every step of process. Claim to manage custom process, but unable to provide any info and still awaiting £4k of overdue refunds after 5 months.

Pinnacle just completed a huge move for me and I couldn’t be happier. From the beginning to the end, the whole process was flawless. Rhianne was my agent and she was diligent, quick and available at all times if I had questions. Tom who I first met was also incredibly helpful. The packing was done fast and efficiently and it all arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Once again huge thank you.

Good experience with Pinnacle. Packing was quick and efficient. Staff were polite and explained their process clearly. Took care not to damage the house during removals.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for our move from Little Chalfont to NZ in January. Our belongings were so well wrapped and packed, that not a thing arrived broken or damaged (despite being loaded and unloaded onto several modes of transport). Fantastic job.
