Twice they have told me my order was "delivered" and twice there is no delivery. I live in a gated community with locked mail.facilities and cameras. There has been no delivery. Their courier marks as delivered then they tell me it was stolen - would I accept a partial.refund? No. They will not disclose who their delivery service is. This is a SCAM

I absolutely love your clothing line but I live in Ontario Canada and the shipping charges are ridiculous. I process and ship online orders to the states and my shipping charges are so much cheaper. You should look into different shipping methods to other countries. But I do LOVE the items I have purchased from Pink Lily and suck it up every time I order because I do like my outfits.

I’m genuinely disappointed in the website. I had high hopes since I see influencers shop here but I received my order and nothing fits. Then I try to return and they want YOU to pay the shipping back because the clothes that are your size don’t fit. On top of me not being able to get my money back they do not have clothes the size I need so now I’m stuck with store credit I can’t use. Do better Pink Lily.
