So I had a really bad experience to begin with. My order had taken 29 days and still wasn't here. Finally got in contact with the company and they helped me out. I'm not saying they are reliable yet as my new packages haven't been shipped. But there's hope!!!!

Please do not order from this company, I ordered a Halloween costume about three weeks ago and till this day I have not received my package. Now I have to buy a last minute costume. What sucks even more is that this company doesn't provide a tracking number for you to track your package as it transits. I'm very disappointed.

I can't really put 1 star or 5 stars because I would love to rate 5 but it's been almost 3 weeks and I stl haven't recieved my package. I have not gotten an update or anything. I even emailed Pinkbasis and still haven't gotten a reply. I'm really worried and don't know what to do. I spent almost 100$

Is this a guaranteed Ground shipping date!!! Want to ORDER so afraid if order does not arrive on Time for my big event???

This online store has a wide variety of items. Love their products. Customer service could use a big upgrade but great products.

I always buy my shoes here for the last 5+ yrs and I never had any problems with them. They ship fast and the shoes are okay quality for the price. I love shoes and this gives me the opportunity to have a variety of styles. Some last long time and some other not too long :( but for the price is ok. This company needs assistants to answer the phone for the benefit of their customers. I called several times in reference to an order that I had not received. I had to go through PayPal dispute queue to get some clarification about my order. 2 days later they shipped the shoe in a size 6 but put a size 8 sticky on the box. I knew they were out of stock in my size so I was shocked to see they were shipped to me. I was really expecting a refund. Now I have to pay to return them. Really bad service.

This was my first time ordering from Pink Basis. I was looking for this flag jumpsuit and it appeared on several websites for $69-$109. I ordered from Pink Basis during a clearance sale as well as used a welcome discount code and only paid $20. Item was shipped and arrived super fast and the quality is awesome. I would recommend this website to anyone and will come back and shop again.

Make sure to read the material the product is made with to avoid having to exchange the item or go up one size.

Worst experience, i have ordered 4 dresses and when i received them i was very disappointed. They looked nothing like the pictures, cheap and see through fabric.
The worst part is that i sent them back in a couple days, it has been more than a month now and i have not gotten the refurn or an email back explaining the reason they have not returned my money. Worst custemer service! Worst site!!!

I have been a regular customer of Pink basis for two or more years. I am happy of the dresses i bought from the website and so far the shoes are great too. Shipping is fast and items are affordable,

Swimsuit was cut small ...loved had to get it altered

The thigh high faux suede thigh high boots I bought for my girlfriend, Joannie (via PInkBasis.com ) were a big hit,and they are STILL holding up VERY well. Almost certainly we will be buying from them AGAIN. Thanks.

This companies customer service is very poor and there processing time for returns are very long. Some of the customer service does not know how to spell and also, is not very punctual. Most questions get ignored and it's always a different rep. who is emailing you back. When you call the customer service line it rings and rings until it goes to voicemail.

Great and fast shipping. I personally feel sometimes the quality in the close is compromised but overall great prices and variety! I always find myself going back since they have amazing sales!

Great quality clothes with reasonable prices

I have an obsession buying things from pink basis. From work, casual, night dresses, shoes and swim suits. I always get them quickly and they look great!

I purchased 2 swimsuits, neither fit, they are not made to the size on the website, I took a photo of their swim suit next to a swimsuit that fits me and it was 3 inches shorter from crutch to shoulder. When I informed them they stuck to their no returns policy, and requested a photo, which I had already supplied on their complaints page. I sent them a photo and I have had no response from them since. It is the first time and last time I will buy from them. The addres on the website has an American addres, yet the parcel had an Asian name and address on it. It paid far too much for postage, US$60 for two swim suits that would have weighed less than 500gms and arrived in a soft postage bag. Be Warned, BUY at your own Risk. They can't even get my name right.

Nice variety of club stuff, They still need to work on big orders, as mostly their big orders comes missing stuff, if you did not go through it, they can be rude, But guess they always has something wrong in your order, and stuff missing they do not admit!!
