I love the new office
I love the new office. Everything moves so much quicker and the waiting room is much more spacious. As usual Dr. Le was great while discussing next steps in treatment for my neck and my headaches.

I didn't care for Dr
I didn't care for Dr. Otero's nurse practitioner. I thought she was a little pushy. When it came to getting a MRI of my back. I can't afford to get an MRI on my back right now. She wanted me to get set up for shots which I can't afford right now either. Dr. Otero and I discuss this with every visit. When I checked out I wasn't to happy with the girl that checked me out she was with Concorde. I told her I didn't want to get set up for the shot yet. But, she did it and said I could always call and cancel it. I called to cancel the appointment for the shot and got a rude person on there to. So all in all I wasn't very happy with the service. I only want to see Dr. Otero from now on.
