I would like to thank Karl for taking the time to carefully explain the claims process to me. As an elderly customer, I sometimes need a little extra help understanding things, and Karl was incredibly patient, polite, and understanding throughout.
He explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. His kindness and professionalism really helped make what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

NEVER use Pier Insurance, avoid them like a plague.
Talking about having to jump through hoops, which without your phone, becomes exponentially more difficult.
Asking for proof of purchase when they are affliated with the company wow just wow. And many more unnecessary questions

Cheap, easy to deal with and very prompt
We insured my son's new phone with them when we first took our the contract a few years back, it was a cheaply priced policy that covered everything we needed.
After getting new insurance with a new phone from manufacturer we no longer needed this policy.
I sent an email with the policy number asking for them to accept it as notice, they did and responded really promptly, they then emailed confirming cancellation and everything was so unbelievably prompt and simple.
If dealing with a cancellation is this simple then I'm impressed.

I contacted Pier about a claim on an existing device. Karl dealt with my issue quickly, professionally and effectively. I was advised in simple language what the required steps were and the issue was resolved from initial claim to cash proceeds in approximately 6 working days. Can’t ask for more
