Express shipping was not used but paid for..
Order the package for express posting paid extra and the parcel came 6 days later? Can I get a refund for the money paid for the stuff to come in 2-3 days?

Hi Tabitha, we are sorry you feel this way. According to our records your purchased on Sunday night the 21st of July. We sent it our the next business day which is Monday the 22nd. Australia Post states it arrived the Tuesday the 23rd at 11:15am. We apologise that we don't work weekends and neither does Australia Post. Unfortunately there wont be a refund offered or processed as it arrived in the correct timeframe. We hope you have a great day :)

Hi Jeff, as we appreciate your review, we are sorry you feel this way. We had to override protocol for you to receive a partial refund as you ordered the incorrect size of one of our products. We placed a credit on to your account so you could order the correct size. Once you ordered the correct size there was a price difference leaving credit on your account. You requested a refund for the remaining credit where our customer service team then asked accounts team if we could process the partial refund. The request was granted and the refund was quickly processed. Please refrain from purchasing from us again as we don't appreciate the incorrect "truth". Have an amazing day :)

Express post super cheap. They stock everything. Customer service was super quick, nice and convenient. Love buying from here through my stretching journey. 😁

No tracking number and no communication
Placed an order over the weekend and paid for express shipping. Had an email saying it was dispatched Monday morning. No tracking number, I sent an email Monday night asking for it. I kept checking my account waiting for it to be uploaded. The order arrived today, but no one replied to my email or uploaded the tracking.

Terrible quality
Clearly you bought your crap off temu or something similar and sold as the genuine article. Terrible quality, especially at a premium price. as sholes.
You deleted my last review and ignored my emails, so I shall continue to spread the word online of how deceptive and sh itty you are :)
I will never again buy from this site.
