Long wait time
It has taken almost a week to have my frame ready for shipping, I ordered it on 4/10 and just got notification from UPS it is ready for pickup. Seems like a long period of time to me.

I ordered 3 picture frames
I ordered 3 picture frames. Two were the right size, one wasn't even close. I loved the fact that you could customize the size. They are good quality, and easy to assemble. I was very disappointed with the fact that it was literally impossible to line up all the corners. I spent at least an hour tightening and loosening the screws, trying to get corners to line up decently. I still had big gaps. Not at all happy with finished product.

Our frame arrived slightly but…
Our frame arrived slightly but meaningfully out of square.
I sent an email with some photos and received an immediate reply that my experience was not acceptable to the company and quick as can be, a beautiful, perfect replacement frame was at our doorstep.
I was so impressed with their response, I ordered another, slightly smaller frame for another piece and await its arrival, too.
