I was hoping to find a new ride service from LAX. From the start their communication was exemplary. However, that quickly changed at the time for pick up. We were asked to text our driver when our plane landed, we did. We were asked to let him know what pillar we were at, which we did. We waited for the driver and when he didn’t show, I called him. He informed me that he was on the departure level and at the wrong terminal. He told me to walk up to where he was, I refused. So we waited at our terminal for about 15 to 20 minutes until he showed up. I was expecting a minivan, as I was promised, however, he showed up in a full-size Ford crew van, which was old, smelly and full of crap. We had informed them that I had a motorized mobility scooter, which he refused to lift into the van. He finally did, and then I pointed to our luggage at the curb . He refused to bring it to the van and my wife had to do that. The final blow was that we had to listen to his Christian music on the ride home. I would not recommend this company nor use them again.

Very professional, excellent service. Prompt response to quote inquiry with no confusion. Our flight into LAX were on time but passport control were ridiculous so we were delayed by over and hour. No problem for these guys! Once we had our luggage we called the driver. Within minutes he showed up and the drive was excellent. Very reasonable price especially considering the service.

Excellent service, my driver Rodolfo arrived on time. The car was so clean and the driver was very friendly and professional. The driver helped me loading-unloading all my bags. He knew his way around the town and avoided traffic. I will defiantly use this service again.

Had been using Super Shuttle for the longest time for our airport transfers and now they're no longer in business. On my research, I came across this company with good reviews. Decided to book them for our ride from home to LAX on 5/14/21 and also on 5/19/2021 from LAX to home. Both drivers - John (I think) on 5/14/21 and Dave on 5/19, were punctual and we felt safe with their driving. Both rides went smoothly with no issues. The vehicles were clean and looks maintained.
Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Best service even regardless of being the cheapest. The van was very very spacious to accommodate 10 luggage items and a stroller. Came with carseat and booster seat for our kids and fit the 5 of us comfortably with room to spare. We got out like 45 minutes earlier than expected but the driver was still early! He was super polite, helped load all our bags while we strapped in the kids, and let us be to sleep on the long ride back home. Kept the van nice and cool, and got us back safely. We searched a lot of places and this was the cheapest option so we were hesitant at first. However after using them twice, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a ride in a large passenger van.

Casey was very nice. My husband had a problem with his mobile and couldnt connect, but it was solved.

On time, professional and easy to schedule. A million times easier and more cost predictable than any ridesharing option. Overall great experience.
