I ordered a variety of products from Piccantino recently (non dairy milks, nut spreads, etc.) as the organic offer is frustatingly limited where I live (London). Very happy with the wide range of products, great taste and quality, value for price, and fast delivery. Plus, I quite liked the option to delay the delivery for a day or two to help optimise the transport logistic, hopefully it makes the delivery a little more eco-friendly!

Personally for me one of the best shops I’ve ordered from. As I’m originally from Austria I’m ordering all my Austrian food there. Not only have the products great quality and delivery was always as promised, it’s the way how the package the items as well that shows this shop really cares. Really recommend piccantino!!

Once again, excellent customer service from Piccantino! I emailed to ask when the expiry date was on the Pumkin Seed Oil. I received a very prompt, friendly reply. I was regularly updated as to when to expect delivery, which was very quick. The UPS driver also provided good service. All in all, a very good shopping experience.

HOPELESS. The items delivered were not what I ordered. Sent 3 emails and no response. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I decided to try and order pumpkin seed oil from Piccantino UK website despite previous bad review as price on Amazon went up significantly for it and I am so glad I did! It took only 4 days to receive it from the day when I placed the order, which is very fast, considering all Covid delays even within the country. Bottles were packaged very well and price is very competitive, twice less when Amazon. Happy customer. Thank you, Piccantino!

Wont order again from this company, although they are spot on with email notifications. Shame they can't deliver when stated.

Ditch the co.uk domain if your gonna mess the UK peeps about.
