I had ordered a photo onto canvas which only took a couple of days to come. Very well packaged and canvas itself well made. Recommend this company who in no time of putting the order in were back in touch to say how they put a nice edging round the edge. Im so happy with my canvas.

Had a beautiful custom canvas (size specific to photo) made just before Christmas. I had some issues which they promptly resolved for me and the customer service was amazing. The emails I received were courteous and helpful. The canvas was beautifully wrapped and packaged well and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Will definitely be using them again and the quality is superb. Very sturdy frame and the canvas is beautiful

I ordered two canvas prints. They took 16 days to arrive, but that's ok I wasn't in a rush. The quality is great, with high grade canvas and really well made softwood frames, and the images are sharp and vibrant. These are not the cheapest canvas print online supplier by any means, but I don't mind paying more if the quality is right. So I was really disappointed that the hanging hooks were not factory fitted. I had to screw them into the back of the frames myself. Why? Surely 99% of customers intend to hang their canvas on a wall, so why don't Photo-Canvas put hooks on their frames? Also, smaller point, but they sent my pictures in a non-recyclable super sized Jiffy bag. Surely a reusable, recyclable cardboard box would be better, and more secure?

Photo-Canvas contacted me after leaving this review. They apologised, said my comments would be given due consideration, and gave me a £14 discount voucher off my next order. They said they don't factory fit hooks onto their frames because not all customers want them. I'm not sure why anyone would buy a wall canvas and then not put it on the wall, and in any case the hooks sit flush against the back of the frame, so I can't see why anyone would ever object to them being there. But anyway, I appreciate them taking my comments seriously, and I will probably buy from them again, especially if they start pre attaching their hooks.

Needed a puzzle on short notice and the team helped to get this processed and sent really quickly. Fantastic support and great final product.

I was so deeply surprised at the quality of my picture ,it was a present for my husband after finishing cancer treatment,so very emotional time ,would definitely recommend this company ,quick sevice,great value,excellent quality,will be using again

I ordered a very large canvas. Originally it was one image but i was emailed to advise a change as the quality wasn't great. A great tip as I would have been disappointed to spend so much money to not be happy with the quality.
Therefore I changed to 3 images. It arrived super quickly considering the size, And I absolutely love it!!
Its much better than i expected. The quality is fantastic, the delivery was quick! It looks fantastic on my wall.

An excellent company to deal with, I ordered 11 separate canvasses and they got in touch to ask if I wanted a sample prior to processing the entire order so i could check quality, not very often a company offers this kind of service, when the sample arrived I had no hesitation in confirming the other 10 on the order it was high quality, the rest of the canvases arrived really quickly and they are all as ordered and looking great, thanks Photo-Canvas, will definitely be dealing with you again, highly recommend, first class service, first class products and first class delivery

Ordered a jigsaw of a family photo for mothers day. I had left it a little late, so went for Photo-Canvas given the quicker typical dispatch times quoted. Jigsaw came on time (ordered Tuesday morning, delivered Friday), and the progress tracker helped with piece of mind (shows when printed, in pressing, quality checks etc.). Really pleased with the quality of the jigsaw and tin it came in. Good product, will be ordering from them again.

I gave a digital copy over by email and the company did a very good job of creating a massive canvas from it. Great price too!

Im very happy with the service. The online designer worked great. The canvas was delivered within three days (over a weekend) and the emails kept me appraised of the print process and full tracking to the door. Expectations were high and the quality of the product delivered. Overall, very happy.

Ordered 21st December for guaranteed Xmas delivery. Supposedly made same and sent for next day shipping. I'm still waiting for the order. If you're thinking of using these guys because of their promises of quick turn around, think again. Their guarantees mean nothing.

I placed an order on Sunday and paid extra for 1 day delivery to guarantee it got there for the following Saturday as it was a gift for a 3 year to open with her friends in an online meet-up. Have sent 3 emails chasing up with no reply, no phone number to call to query. Not certain whether it’s a complete con or they are snowed under but certainly no way to run a business. Will update if it gets confirmed either way.
