Jack is your typical keyboard warrior who talks crazy via discord but would NEVER do that in day to day life. He has built his little castle amongst the DMA world, but his chips are faulty and always have problems but he will only blame you and not his crappy product. DO NOT BUY Phoenix DMA. There is SOOOO many better DMA providers that will assist and is actually worth the headache. Jack is terrible at everything.

Don't ever purchase from Phoenix Dma. There firmware is only good for a limited time before you gotta repurchase a new one. Oh save your order# which they dont tell you to. This is how they get you.

Horrible experience. I am having issues with firmware and was considering purchasing a firmware from this provider. I am not an expert and asked for help on discord. The person who helped wanted me to provide info. right away to what firmware i had and I was not able to get this information right away so he closed my ticket. I was only speaking to him for 5 min. and was explaining the situation and he cut me off saying i was saying a lot of nothing and was trolling. I was just explaining my situation which any support would want to know any history for potential issues in any step i took. but he cut me off and closed ticket. then when i created a new ticket and mentioned i was just explaining he closed ticket and booted me from discord.

Customer service provided is dogshit , ask any questions in discord get treated with disrespect like you are stupid. terrible way to treat people that have spent money and or intended to spend more.
