Our account mananger Ewan is brilliant, always emails asking if we need anything (Christmas messages, OOO messages etc) they are very quick with production of the messages.

PHMG go the extra mile, to get things right for their customers (like me). Lots of flexibility and help. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

The agents are really friendly. especially Ewan. Chased us to get Christmas hold music which we were grateful for as we didn't think about this and it was a lovely touch!

This company is full of crooks. RUN - don't walk- from PHMG they are shady all the way. They lie to you and manipulate you at every turn. They refuse to reply to emails in writing but will call you and tell you one thing verbally over the phone only to change their story once you catch them in their lies. Their contracts are shady with "autorenew" clauses claiming you have to submit cancellation 42 days in writing prior to cancellation even though that was never made clear to us. You cannot view your account manager contact info on your customer portal or see your contract either. We will be contacting a lawyer to get us out of this mess, what a disaster! Avoid them at all costs.

We have been using PHMG for a few years now and have always had a good experience. More recently, we decided to upgrade our service and they have been super helpful at helping us update and expand the user experience for our clients calling in. Taran was our companies point of contact and went above and beyond, and has always been super responsive.

Working with PHMG has left me thoroughly impressed every step of the way. Bailey Halligan is my contact and she helped guide me through the new experience of understanding how this whole phone thing works. She quickly responded to all my e-mails and always triple-checked to make sure that nothing was overlooked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bailey to anyone looking for assitance and expect to be working with her for a long time.

All of the people that I have communicated with have been very helpful and professional. The quality of the services they have provided have been exceptional. I have had some issues with holiday schedule errors, however, PHMG has worked diligently to resolve the issues to my satisfaction. I would recommend their services to anyone serious about looking and sounding professional.

We've been using PHMG for more than 5 years. The level of service has been top-notch, and I really appreciate our current rep, Taran. He is very good about checking-in to see if we need to update/change any of the messages, get our office closed messages scheduled each year and suggest new ideas.

We just recently updated our on-hold music choice and added some marketing-style messages, and I'm impressed with how often he provided options and then quickly moved to get them into production.

Overall, PHMG has helped my company present itself professionally to our customers.

Khadeeja was very helpful in resolving our issues with PHMG. Very knowledgeable, respectful and professional.

PHMG were fine whilst we wanted their services but trying to cancel is a nightmare. The contract apparently autorenewed (I thought that was now banned) although we did finally get it changed to a monthly rolling contract. We have since moved away from them completely and they tried to charge us £ 25 per month ongoing for the on hold recording which I'm fairly sure is our intellectual property. Couldn't be bothered arguing with them in then end so deleted it all and glad to be away from them. Make sure you have copies of the contract you signed as they'll happpily refer to it without providing you a copy. I would not recommend this company.

Signed with them mid Oct and nothing was done by the end of November so we tried terminating and the refused and charges us $1951.56 Dec 31 2025

Great customer/client service. Lovely staff to work with! Always very helpful with the frequent changes we need to make due to nature of business.

This company is not a partner. They will bury you in contracts and take every opportunity to manipulate unfair contract rules they hide throughout and pray on small businesses to not see all the details. I’d strongly suggest avoiding them at all costs many other options without the risk, manipulation and unfair practices that will act as a true partner

Working with PHMG over the last 3 to 4 years has been great for us. They are attentive and when they are out of office someone else is always looped in so you are not waiting, its the best!!
