Absolutely abysmal company. So bad that my housing association had that many complaints about them they didn't re-new the contract. The engineers should be wearing stetson hats and spurs on their shoes. A gas boiler annual check takes about 30/45 mins. Part of that job is to go into the loft to check the flume. After 5 mins they left, so the boiler passed and they never even went into the loft area. Plus not turning up and then getting threatening letters to say you didn't let them in. Cards through the door which they sneakily placed in the letterbox without knocking or ringing the doorbell. So glad when my association got rid of them.

Excellent service and quick, I took my Purgeot van pump for them to fit a vacuum valve and to test the pump they did an excellent job.. thanks again Lads.

I'd like to take a moment to express my absolute satisfaction regarding the services provided by Wayne and Liam from phJones. They attended to a situation regarding my radiators which were not inspected properly by the previous workers when the boiler was changed.

I found Wayne and Liam to be extremely proactive and diligent. Their involvement was much more than mere professionals at work, it was their willingness to make that extra effort to resolve the problem that made the experience truly satisfying. They exemplified commitment and professionalism, a rarity we don't always come across these days.

Their knowledge, competence, and respectfulness were clearly evident throughout their service. They were timely and prompt, refusing to leave any stone unturned, ensuring that the job was done not just well, but perfectly.

I must praise their work ethic, their patient demeanour and the meticulous way they pursued the job at hand demonstrated the quality of the service provided by phJones.

I can't express how grateful I am for their help, it was clear that they genuinely cared about the issue at hand and were dedicated to fixing it. Their exceptional service has brought about great relief and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Wayne, Liam, and indeed the whole phJones team to anyone requiring their services.

In a nutshell... this company is a total disaster. avoid at all cost. It's easier to speak to the King of England on the phone than it is to get in contact with PH Jones

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Threatening and harassing my mother who is currently in hospital saying they’re going to force entry although she had rearranged the appointment.
They are rude, they have no quality of customer service and quite frankly, they’re absolutely unprofessional.
We had trouble with them last year but continuously threatening to force entry when we have an appointment booked is disgusting. Constantly phoning and threatening, this is the worst company that Brighton and hive council have contracted. Absolutely avoid if you can.

Listen to your clients you need retraining in customer service the engineers get it in neck for your failure to respond to customers need

Would give 0 stars if I could. Failed to turn up to 5 appointments on the run to fix a leaking pipe booked in through my landlord. Not once did they notify me that they wouldn't be attending the appointments. Sick of taking time off work and loosing pay for them not to bother turning up and making crappy excuses for not coming.

Had to change appointment due to illness in the home - Jack was very helpful - I used an online webchat.

Brilliant Caring Company. As council tenants we had them for 12 years.
Thier Emergency Care was within 2-3 hours 24/7. Cured 99% of problems straight away. VERY GOOD POLITE ENGINEERS.

We now have "RENUVO" Terrible service, arrogant,
SET LOW STANDARDS & FAIL TO ACHIEVE THEM.

Wigan area surveyors,where polite and helpful and the 3 contractors that carried out the work where punctual,friendly and organised.
I think the surveyors where called Helen and George and the contractors where Shane,eddie and Dave.

Fourth time I have taken time off work for annual gas inspection. First time, they said they came and we refused access. Reality, appointment cancelled due to family illness. Second time called to say no one coming today. Third time they sent an engineer not qualified to inspect. Fourth time, a "no show". Heavy handed letters sent in between making accusations of breaking contract. The incompetent MD deserves to be sacked. A team is only as good as it leader. Get your act together please and show some respect to your customers.

they don't respect other people's time. I have already received a letter with the date of the visit twice and the information was also confirmed by text message. I take the day off especially for this day and it turns out that no one comes. I call them and it turns out that no one will come. This is the second time in a month and I am extremely angry at the way they treat customers.

Disgusting, after again canceling the 1st appointment, disregarded me canceling the second appointment due to hospital appointment, getting a red letter from them explaining how it is against the law to prevent them from entering the property, and finally after inspection we get a report of a poor unnamed cooker and pipes not painted but still passed.
We have a brand new belling cooker what the engineer did not check.

Get rid of them Dudley council,
Just because they are the lowest bidder doesn't make them the best.
Dudley council will get the same message.

New boiler fitted on Wednesday explains everything to me.Grant the gas fitter put carpet protector all through area were he was working, very respectful and polite as were the other trades poeple. All done in a day they tidied everything up left no mess .Great set of men.Helen also popped in to check everything was OK.Great job thank you.

They made arrangements to fit a new boiler starting at 8am today, engineer (Ste) was parked on my front for 07-40, only knocked at specified time, showed his work ID and introduced himself, did relevant checks and put protection down on my carpets before starting, very polite, and explained everything, also had various other trades in today, another Ste, Shane, and the lovely Helen who I originally arranged all this with popped in to check everything was going ok, all done and dusted for 11-45, rubbish removed off my driveway, no complaint off me only praise, thank you to you all
