Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I have now been involved in buying a property with Bannisters and also selling our latest property. The staff are always friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you are kept up to date throughout the whole process.

The wonderful team at Elloughton, Ian, Mattew, Alex and Charlotte helped me and my parents navigate a house move in circumstances that could have been quite stressful. The proffessionalism, helpfulness and genuine friendliness and care have been appreciated so much. My father suffers with dementia and Bannisters went out of their way to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible. The Coronavirus Pandemic meant that the move had to be delayed twice but Ian kept in touch, and his ever-cheerful attitude helped us remain positive.
