Our 9 year old Miele C3 Cat & Dog was…

Our 9 year old Miele C3 Cat & Dog was serviced by Ross. In about 45 mins he completely dismantled, cleaned and serviced it. It is restored to its former glory and out performs the new one that I'd bought to replace it. The service was efficient, exceptional value and well worth it. I highly recommend.

Really happy with the service

Really happy with the service. My engineer was called Daniel. Very polite and professional. He arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation of which parts needed replacing and why. All failing parts were replaced within 45 minutes. My Dyson looks brand new and is fully functioning again.

Ross is very respectful of being in your house. He’s great at talking you through problems with your hoovers and is very Knowledgeable. He also has fantastic customer service which is very rare nowadays.

What a great company

What a great company , smart intelligent engineer turned up 15 minutes early , Tyler was his name . Took advantage of the half price service issue . Detected fault had replacement part on the van . Fitted our Dyson V15 is now as good as new , purchased service agreement at £8.99 per month , no worries about spending £700 plus on a new Dyson , thank you PHC.

Excellent, Professional Friendly service

Daniel was excellent. Undertook a thorough service on my 3 vacuum cleaners, 2 of which required repairs. In addition he explained exactly what was wrong with each machine, and also showed me options for use which I had previously been unaware of. He was very friendly and really helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Couldn’t have been any better

Jon arrived promptly. He introduced himself and had a preliminary look at my Dyson before bringing in his tools. He cleared up after himself very well, in fact I wouldn’t have known anyone had been working there. Before he left he gave me some useful advice about how to clean the filter. All in all a very pleasant and straightforward experience

Very good service

Very good service. I noticed a difference after the service to my vacum cleaner.
The engineer arrived on time , explanation were given before and after the service. Options for future service are explained as well.
I will use the PHC Service again .

They are not a postman

The engineer arrived late, which I fully understood, as such things can happen and I had already taken the day off. The part was replaced, and the explanation provided at the time was clear.
Afterwards, I emailed to request an invoice but received no response. I then contacted your customer service team, who told me the invoice would be sent soon. At that point, I asked about the parts and whether there were any estimated dates. Since this information was important to me, I clarified by saying, “So you don’t know the exact date?”
The response I received was: “I’m not a postman.”
I find this reply completely unacceptable. While I am patient with delays or practical issues, there is no excuse for responding to a customer in this manner. A simple question should never be met with such a dismissive remark.

Then the owner responded my review on google without even listening the actual conversation but anyone everyone have write to have an opinion.

Hello Evren, your two-star review is uncalled for. We serviced your Dyson V15 yesterday, 3rd September. All documentation relating to a visit is emailed to our customers the following day (today). Which you were fully aware of. At the time of the service, it was identified that a part was required which the engineer did not have on his van. That part was posted to you from our office by Royal Mail Special Delivery this morning (recorded delivery number ON143130765GB). Service does not get any quicker than that. Today you were calling us asking when the part would be delivered. When our member of staff told you he could not specify an exact date as it was in the hands of Royal Mail you took offense and immediately wrote a poor review.

Professional and Friendly Service

Ross was professional and friendly. He gave our Dyson a full service and explained the issues he encountered concisely. He fixed the problem and recommended maintenance measures to keep it running long into the future. The PHC office were very professional, friendly and easy to deal with too. All in all a very good experience.

I paid for a one off service for my…

I paid for a one off service for my Dyson a few years ago which was good. I had to purchase a main hoover body part for £150 and was then talked into taking out a policy with PHC. I paid this for nearly 2 years at £8.99 a month. When my hoover head connection broke whilst hoovering, as part of the fair wear and tear I asked for a new head to be sent. I did not hear from PHC for over a month after several attempts. After multiple chases I was eventually told that this was accidental damage and therefore not covered with the policy. Tread with caution if you are sold a policy and told parts are covered with it! I was offered to buy a new one at £110 from them. When you total it all up you are best off just buying a new hoover with a warranty.

Hello Mr Diamond, you first reported the damage to your Dyson V11 on 9th August. We asked you to send a photograph of the damage. We received an image of the damage, which we could view, on 26th August. The image you provided clearly shows the moveable joint on the cleaner head totally smashed. Through some form of impact damage and in no way caused by normal wear & Tear. Your policy with us covers normal wear & tear, accidental damage s covered by household insurance. As can be seen by the hundreds of five-star reviews this review is surrounded by the vast majority of our customers find the service membership fabulous value for money.
