Our 9 year old Miele C3 Cat & Dog was serviced by Ross. In about 45 mins he completely dismantled, cleaned and serviced it. It is restored to its former glory and out performs the new one that I'd bought to replace it. The service was efficient, exceptional value and well worth it. I highly recommend.

Really happy with the service. My engineer was called Daniel. Very polite and professional. He arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation of which parts needed replacing and why. All failing parts were replaced within 45 minutes. My Dyson looks brand new and is fully functioning again.

Fitted our Dyson V15 is now as good as new , purchased service agreement at £8.99 per month , no worries about spending £700 plus on a new Dyson , thank you PHC.

Daniel was excellent. Undertook a thorough service on my 3 vacuum cleaners, 2 of which required repairs. In addition he explained exactly what was wrong with each machine, and also showed me options for use which I had previously been unaware of. He was very friendly and really helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Jon arrived promptly. He introduced himself and had a preliminary look at my Dyson before bringing in his tools. He cleared up after himself very well, in fact I wouldn’t have known anyone had been working there. Before he left he gave me some useful advice about how to clean the filter. All in all a very pleasant and straightforward experience

Very good service. I noticed a difference after the service to my vacum cleaner.
The engineer arrived on time , explanation were given before and after the service. Options for future service are explained as well.

The engineer arrived late, which I fully understood, as such things can happen and I had already taken the day off. The part was replaced, and the explanation provided at the time was clear.
Afterwards, I emailed to request an invoice but received no response. I then contacted your customer service team, who told me the invoice would be sent soon. At that point, I asked about the parts and whether there were any estimated dates. Since this information was important to me, I clarified by saying, “So you don’t know the exact date?”
The response I received was: “I’m not a postman.”
I find this reply completely unacceptable. While I am patient with delays or practical issues, there is no excuse for responding to a customer in this manner. A simple question should never be met with such a dismissive remark.
Then the owner responded my review on google without even listening the actual conversation but anyone everyone have write to have an opinion.

Ross was professional and friendly. He gave our Dyson a full service and explained the issues he encountered concisely. He fixed the problem and recommended maintenance measures to keep it running long into the future. The PHC office were very professional, friendly and easy to deal with too. All in all a very good experience.

I paid for a one off service for my Dyson a few years ago which was good. I had to purchase a main hoover body part for £150 and was then talked into taking out a policy with PHC. I paid this for nearly 2 years at £8.99 a month. When my hoover head connection broke whilst hoovering, as part of the fair wear and tear I asked for a new head to be sent. I did not hear from PHC for over a month after several attempts. After multiple chases I was eventually told that this was accidental damage and therefore not covered with the policy. Tread with caution if you are sold a policy and told parts are covered with it! I was offered to buy a new one at £110 from them. When you total it all up you are best off just buying a new hoover with a warranty.

He was very nice guy and very professional, did a thorough job cleaning and servicing them.
Would highly recommend this company.
