Items out of stock not shown on website
Every time I order from you full payment is taken and I get an email a few days later to say something is out of stock! It takes at least a week to get refunded. I should not be allowed to purchase it if it's out of stock!

Hi Milly,
Appreciate your custom & frustration in relation to this.
Just to reconfirm that 99% of our orders are filled on the day of placing them. Over the last number of years we are also in a challenging supply chain siutation with many products in and out of availability.
Needless to say your feedback is valued and will be taken on board and we hope to be of assistance again soon.
