PharmacyChecker helps people find the lowest prices on prescription medication among licensed U.S. and international pharmacies. We are the only independent company monitoring and verifying the credentials of international online pharmacies and comparing prices of the prescription drugs available from these licensed pharmacies. Launched in 2003 by founder Tod Cooperman, M.D., PharmacyChecker fills a critical need for a growing number of Americans turning to the Internet to find affordable prescription medications, including from pharmacies outside the U.S., without the necessary guidance to protect their health. PharmacyChecker verifications and price comparisons have been referenced by AARP Magazine, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Yahoo Finance, and many others. We are a stakeholder in the online, consumer-driven health care community, seeking a safe internet environment that promotes innovation and new business models that serve public health.

Not all commonly used drugs listed
Overall the site is easy to use & generally useful but sometimes only international prices are given and many commonly used meds aren't listed at all. Despite its limitations it remains useful when researching prices.

I saved an amazing amount of money…
I saved an amazing amount of money buying from a Canadian Pharmacy, and shipped from India. My medication cost in the US would have been $15 - $17 per pill, and was $0.70 per pill from The Canada/India source. Since I take 1 pill/day, and did not have insurance to cover the cost, this saved me over $500/year. The only issue was the pharmacy did not take credit cards, and there was a minor hassle paying through my bank.

Hi there! We are not a pharmacy. We compare drug prices on our website.
PharmacyChecker also verifies online pharmacies for consumer safety to help you avoid rogue online pharmacies and counterfeit drugs. Peer-reviewed studies, based on testing of prescription medications from U.S. and international online websites, strongly demonstrate the safety of ordering medications from an international online pharmacy approved in the PharmacyChecker International Pharmacy Verification Program.
PharmacyChecker is recognized in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) as a trusted resource for identifying reputable online pharmacies that provide high-quality prescription drugs at lower prices. According to JAMA, international online pharmacies stand out as a vital option for patients requiring expensive brand-name drugs, particularly when domestic options remain unaffordable. Utilizing an international online pharmacy has been proven to save patients a great deal of money, thereby increasing access and adherence to prescribed medicines.
