What a fantastic company! Professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I recently had 12 fly screens fitted, and they both look superb and work perfectly.

The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, and Jamie was meticulous about clearing up after himself, leaving everything spotless. The quality of the product and the level of customer service have both been outstanding.

I’m absolutely delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone considering fly screens.

We know the engineer from previous installations and knew he would do a good job which, of course, he did. Everything from order to final installation was handled professionally. We are pleased with the results and would recommend Phantom Screens to anybody.

We are thrilled with our window and door screens and we have already had a chance to use them during the recent unseasonal warm spell. They are very discreet and easy to operate. Kade did an excellent job in fitting them and everything was left clean and tidy. It’s good to know that our new orangery will not become a graveyard for insects in the summer months. Fantastic service from beginning right through to the installation.

We first saw Phantom Screens at an exhibition and had a great chat and liked the product and even went to the factory to get another demonstration.

The survey was carried out and power points etc agreed with our builder which then made a perfect installation.

No need for a skimmer net anymore, making maintenance a joy.

Took only four weeks from my initial enquiry to installation. Everything was smooth and straightforward, and I really appreciated that there was no hard sell tactics , felt like everything moved at my pace. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional , from Alison and Zoe keeping me informed to Kade who did an excellent job fitting the screens.
They look amazing , blending in perfectly with my windows and work well. Couldn’t be happier with my new screens and would definitely recommend!

I've just left a review over on Google but as I use Trust Pilot a lot I thought I'd do everyone looking for insect screens a favour and mention them here.
Every single interation was excellent - from the initial phone call to meeting them on their exhibition stand (Homes & Renovations show - they gave me free tickets) to the survey and fitting (done by the Kade!). The screens themsleves are of excellent quality and blend into the background. I'm so thrilled with them.
