I hired Phoenix Financial Group in March of 2018. They submitted an IRS Offer in Compromise for my business. It took over 12 months to have it finally accepted. We went back and forth with the IRS for two months after they started to review the OIC. My attorneys from Phoenix Financial handled it from beginning to end. But, they accepted the offer amount. They accepted an amount a little over $35,000, but our original debt was about $225,000. We are thrilled, but it did take over a year to get done.

Do not use this company. They quickly take your money and then don’t follow thru on their promises. They are not professional and are the reasons attorneys have bad names. Dan was the worst!

I was lied to by senior rep (saleman )as he stated property liens would be removed within weeks and it was included in the $2400 that I paid.
My case rep said that it would take months and there was additional $2400 needed. Have to let them do what is needed from this point but I'm sure I will need additional help
They are a rip off

We were contacted by this company and told we had outstanding taxes. When I questioned about the name of the company they were inquiring about it wasn't the same name. Dillon attempted to say that doesn't mean anything. I then asked what the EIN # was for the company they are looking for. It wasn't us. I asked how they got our information. He didn't have a credible answer. So I called the company back and after being hung up on twice. Got a very rude male saying it was an obvious mistake. So anyone getting call form this company 415-366-8155. Don't assume it is you they are looking for. When I googled the name of the company they were looking for our company was the first to appear. The actual company they were looking for was further down the list.

Called my business and gave business tax information to one of my employees without my consent. Then denied it saying that my employee said they were in charge of the taxes (not true).

These guys are vultures who will say and do whatever they can to get a conversation with you. If they call you, hang up.

Unsolicited daily phone calls to my cell phone without leaving a message were made by this company. The number was unknown to me. After 3 days I had to take the time to call them and ask that they stop calling me. I did not need their service.

Lies. Just save your money and set up your own payment system with the IRS. These guys cannot abate your penalties. They talk a lot of game, but in the end, I just wasted $2500.00.
For a small business that works from home, that money could've been used elsewhere.
That money would have been better off being stuffed into a trash bag, loaded into a rocket, and fired into the sun.

The IRS kept transferring me around and I never seemed to get anywhere, meanwhile the penalties and interest kept accruing....My PFG tax team got a hold of my IRS representative and finally got everything straightened out....The IRS made a huge mistake and PFG got everything corrected and resolved. I would highly recommend their service to anyone struggling with tax issues!!

Phoenix really helped my business. They helped me get my returns filed and got the IRS off my back. I couldn't be happier with this service.

I had a really good experience with this company. They helped my business deal with the IRS. I had several returns I hadn't filed and an IRS Agent threatening me. My attorney was speaking with the IRS agent the same day I hired them. They got me some time to gather my records and then they filed my returns within a week or two. I didn't have to talk to the IRS anymore. That was worth it alone. I got a pay plan and some of my penalties removed.

Unreal, after months of dealing with an unruly IRS Revenue Officer, he levied my accounts receivable the day before payroll. I had no where to turn. Phoenix Financial Group to the rescue. They got the levy release that day. I made payroll and they helped me put this mess behind me.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs help! Great service and extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!!!!
