I wish I could give negative stars. This company is a SCAM - DO NOT USE THEM!

So it seems like a great easy option to create vides using AI, right? Wrong!

Your video creation will result in MANY errors that are the tool's fault, however you will watch your credits go down and down every single time you ask the tool to fix their own errors.

This tool needs to be taken down until this company can teach their AI to not charge credits for fixing errors that are not the user's fault.

SCAM!!!!!

If I could give this service zero stars, I would. Actually, I'd go into the negatives.

I signed up because I needed it to create a commercial for a project. Almost every alternative I found was paid, and after seeing all the glowing reviews on their website, I figured this would be a safe choice. The free trial seemed decent enough, very limited, but it produced a few acceptable clips. Once the trial credits disappeared almost instantly, I thought, "Fine, I'll just buy the cheapest plan to finish the project."

That was a mistake.

The credits vanish at an unbelievable rate. You enter a prompt, credit gone. The result is terrible, so you try again. More credits gone. Another unusable generation. More credits gone. Before you know it, you've burned through a significant portion of your plan with absolutely nothing useful to show for it.

What makes it even more frustrating is that the FREE VERSION somehow performed better and lasted a day worth of prompts and regenerations than the PAID VERSION which only lasted me for 30 MINUTES and all the credits were wasted on re-tries. How is that even possible? The moment they got my money, the quality seemed to fall off a 90 degree cliff.

Not only is this service expensive, but the actual output quality is shockingly bad. The generations constantly ignored my prompts, misunderstood basic instructions, and produced endless garbage that required multiple retries. It felt less like an AI tool and more like a machine designed to drain credits and you're money as quickly as possible.

The experience started badly with a confusing invite-code process, and somehow it managed to get worse from there. Customer support was equally disappointing, slow, unhelpful, and seemingly uninterested in resolving anything. When you're paying for a service, the bare minimum expectation is support that actually supports you.

I've used a lot of AI tools, both free and paid, and this is without question one of the most frustrating and crap experiences I've had. It SHOWED the plan was $30, but ended up charging $43, and apart from that scam component, I genuinely feel like every single dollar was thrown straight into the trash.

I almost never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience was so frustrating that I felt obligated to warn others of the disappointment they'd be getting themselves into. Between the poor quality, the credit-burning system, the constant prompt failures, the confusing setup process, and the terrible customer support, I honestly cannot recommend this service to a single person.

Save your money. Save your time. Save yourself the frustration. There are far better options out there than this absolute waste of money.

Do not use Pexo. You have no control over how your credits are used to generate videos, and the system burns through them quickly while often producing videos that don’t match your prompts. This forces you to spend even more credits trying to fix the results. Customer service is a complete mess, no useful support and invoices are missing from accounts. Avoid it unless you want to waste your money.

I started using pexo.ai when it was still free. I didn't render 3 videos despite having to fix many errors pexo.ai made. When the error was fixed, it made another one. When I requested a fix for this error, another error appeared and so I needed a lot of corrections to get a video that would be 90% satisfactory. At the beginning of April, they introduced payments and I bought a subscription and got 4800 credits for $30. Then I started a new video - without TTS and without background audio - only 96 seconds. After a few hours of rendering, it used 4985 credits - even though I didn't change anything, but only pointed out the errors pexo.ai made - wrong words, wrong letters in a word.... When I asked them to check, they claimed for 14 days that it wasn't their fault, even though they are aware that such a video shouldn't use that many credits. In the end, they did not honor their refund policy and guarantee, even though I requested a refund within their deadline. I had a very bad experience with this program and an even worse experience with the help and resolution of the problem. I regret my purchase.
