Arrived earlier than expected and fitted perfectly. So happy with this product. Put doormat which fitted like a glove in bottom as our dog digs when excited and would have destroyed base. Can't fault the crate and would recommend without hesitation

Followed dimensions and car recommendations on the EBay shop and ordered a cage, found it would not fit in the new model. Contacted and asked for return details for a refund and explains the situation. Was told I should have used common scene to realize the dimensions where appropriate and car recommended should have been checked by myself. No details for refund or further responses from the company. Misleading listing and description and terrible customer service. Buy from a company that has customer service skills and want to help out.

Ordered a hatchback crate but it was too large when it arrived, an exchange was quickly and easily arranged.
The new crate fits perfectly in the car boot and was easily built. The quality is really good and having the sliding front door makes access really easy. My dog loves the crate and is much more relaxed while travelling in the car.
Would highly recommend these crates.

The online service and delivery was very efficient. The cage for the Audi boot fits well. The metal cage is solid and of good quality but the light plastic flooring is its weakness. Our puppy has already chewed through it. A firm plastic tray would have been much better.

Purchased the crate specific to the BMW 1 series. It's a great crate that fits quite well. There is about 6 inches depth at the base of the boot not utilised which could create a bigger footprint for the crate but other than that its really well built. Comes with hard rubber silencers which are great otherwise otherwise crate rattles a lot.
4 stars only due to the 6 inched of unused depth.
