ordered over a week ago not received had to buy some more dog food, supposed to be 24 hour delivery checked DPD delivery said they had delivered & left in a cupboard we dont have a cupboard and we were hope when the delivery occurred awaiting a response

I hadn't used this company before but came across it when my usual supplier ran out of stock and I googled for another supplier. The service was excellent, fast and free delivery, an e-mail advising me when delivery would be including time and cheaper than my regular supplier. Will definitely use this Company in future.

I have used pet shop express several times now and they always provide a fast efficient service they will even text you the approximate time that they are going to deliver so there is no need to wait in all day for delivary. the next day delivary is also fantastic. All I can say is fab service all round in which I will use time and time again.

Received an email stating the delivery driver would text a time period of one hour for delivery so I didn't have to wait in all day.
This he did and arrived during that hour. Good service, reasonable price.

I purchase my dog food from Pet Shop Express and they are always here on time and never have I had to contact them about their service. Not to mention that they are the cheapest price that I can find!

I have used this company for over a year to buy my dog food and have always found their service speedy and reliable. The food is priced very competitively and you even get a free gift (which my dogs love!). The pricing is better on bulk orders to (If you order two bags of food rather than one it is an even better price, I find you dont tend to get this with some of the other food suppliers.)

Our dog food of choice is always available and well priced. Delivery is great and can be tracked online.
