After I ordered from Pet Express I then read some of the reviews on Trust Pilot and wondered if I was doing the right thing. I am pleased to say I absolutely did do the right thing. the products I ordered (cat litter) were competitely priced and arrived before the time they said. Three days. I am really glad I used this company

They offer a FREE gift and it has a value of £3 but then they don't send it and say if the item they offered has been sold it isn't sent .. in other words ... It is a CON ... so avoid and buy from other competitors who don't con you to use them !!

Order did not arrive on time and very rude customer service agent! Would not order from here again!

Do not believe in one day delivery at least one week, some products are damage, I would not order from them again!

Sure this is a fraudulent Company. I cannot get them to answer the phone or return my call...strange considering they are a business!
DHL were supposedly due to deliver my order yesterday but no show and i cannot get through to an actual human being to discuss.
Thankfully i paid through PayPal so am seeking my money back. So disappointed!
UPDATE-Received a response through Paypal and received my parcel eventually.

Placed my order before midday Thurs 29 August. The website page of the specific item stated that orders placed before midday would go out that day. General delivery was stated at 3-5 days. Today I received an email (Weds 4 Sept) letting me know that it's just been dispatched.

PRAISE .... Upon reading so many negative reviews I decided to put things right, I am a regular online customer of Pet Express even though they are in Plymouth and I Suffolk I always receive a prompt two days delivery service from order. I’ve not experienced any issues with my orders. The courier driver is so lovely and helpful to as often heavy boxes! I really believe generally the British public have a tendency to be quick to have a ‘moan’ but about time those like myself take a few mins and write your positive review of this company.as only receiving poor reviews does give a false reading . All companies have failures, I’m sure they don’t want to but it happens, As for free gifts not available , as said a ‘free’ gift much like the supplements with your Sunday newspapers, ‘free’ and if not any in your paper nothing much you can do about. Pet Express is a good company and I will definitely continue to order from them! Free gift or not!!!!

There website states order before 12:30 and we dispatch same day, I ordered a product on Saturday at 12:10, it wasn.t picked or dipatched until Monday.
The product I ordered included a free gift, when the delivery was made the free gift was missing, on contacting the company, this was the reply I got :- Sadly, our free gifts are subject to change and availability and at the time of your order being dispatched, the free gift was not available, and due to manufacturing issues this is still the case.

Beware of buying anything from The Pet Express. I ordered 4 bags of litter from them in October and only received 3. The claimed to have sent me an email explaining about the missing bag and that I would receive in a few days - I didn't. They then promised a refund but that hasn't come either. They are not answering their phone and I have left 2 messages with no response.

Item ordered on 22nd September and dispatched via UK MAIL on a 24 hr service the tracking details gave a time slot so slipped out from work to accept parcel it never arrived, website said it would be sent out the following day, I contacted UK MAIL and gave a contact number as they informed me the driver could not find my address. This happened on subsequent days got a txt with a delivery window came home to accept delivery did not arrive, contacted Pet shop express and they told me what they had been told by UKMAIL out for delivery tomorrow, when I received a txt saying that the parcel would be delivered on the 29th September I contacted Pet shop Express asking that they dispatch another item by a alternative courier or refund, they emailed back that they would refund my money as they could not send by a different courier, No Appologies for the inconvenience no apology for the courier . Obviously one disappointed customer does not count for anything.

Brilliant site, Amazing service, love the text with the time on and the delivery chap was friendly and helpful.

I ordered a big bag of dog food...my payment was taken but my order was not placed and still sat in the basket. I sent an email and received a reply first thing the next morning and the problem was resolved very quickly. My food was dispatched that afternoon and I received it the next day in the allocated time slot I received in a text. Mistakes can happen and there can be errors on systems but it's not always resolved quickly. Pet Shop Express did resolve it quickly and there was no delay to my order being dispatched. I think their service is great and I would definitely use them again.

I looked all over the internet. This was the best price I could find and on a superior dog food brand, had free delivery and arrived the very next day. Will definitely use again. Fantastic.

I was happy with the service and the speedy delivery.

I saved their website as one of my favourites so I can go straight to ordering the food for my dog. I check the basket price then always search the net to see if there are better deals available but Pet Shop Express has beaten the compettition every time even if its only by a small margin but its usually at least £5 to £7 per 2x15kg bag Eukanuba order. The delivery service they use is also efficient as they text the day before to let you know that the delivery will be coming but then give you options of postponing til another day or delivering to a neighour which is perfect for people with busy lives.

Goods that were ordered on Sunday evening had not been received by Thursday PM,even though a 24 hour delivery was promised.On progressing my order it turned out that the courier had mislaid the goods so a duplicate order was created by your operative and the second lot of goods were dully received within 24 hours.

This was my first time buying dog food online and everything about it went so well that I will always recommend it .

Quick delivery, with easy to use website.
Free gift was appreciated by dog.
Shame you no longer do the eukenuba Rottweiler 2x15kg deal!
