Ordered dog food on the Wednesday and was delivered on the Thursday. Kept informed at all times about when the item was to be delivered and was given a time of between 11.30 and 12.30. Item arrived at 11.35. Highly recommended and will definitely be buying from them in future.

Having used Pet Shop Express for the first time, I can't rate them highly enough... Not only was the dog food I ordered cheaper than any of the local stores, but it was delivered free of charge, within only a couple of days. And, they sent a free pack of dog treats too :-)

I have so far used Pet Shop Express four times and have received consistent and fast service.

I have been buying my pet food at the local pet store and found the same product at PetShopExpress at at more than 20% cheaper and its includes free delivery. I order before 2.00am and get my dog food the next day. What I also like is that I get an email telling what time (within an hours slot) the courier will arrive. Up to now they have always delivered in that 1 hour slot. This saves me having to be at home all day waiting for the delivery. I have already recommended this company to friends
