Poor customer service
It’s my first time of trying to use their unlock service but I had to check my carrier from their website. After checking I sent them the result and countless messages on their provided WhatsApp number to ask if my phone is eligible to be unlocked by their service before I move on with the unlock process. It’s been over a month but I have not gotten any response from them. Their customer service is poor. I can’t pay for what I’m not sure about, they better respond to customer’s inquiries.

I had someone send me the details of phone photo of Lock Screen with phone number on it placed order 3 days later police at door looking for this phone they said the fmi pinged at my address but phone was not even in the same state so how can fmi ping at my address this company hands over info to law enforcement that’s why they need screen shot of Lock Screen with number no other possible reason than they are passing it on to law enforcement ask police how can it ping at my address when it’s never been here
