Kind of a long story, but to make it short, I ordered a couple of things from these folks about six weeks before I needed them for a birthday present. I also paid for express shipping. I saw their advertising on Facebook and I’ve had good luck there before so, I didn’t really do my homework on the company… That’s on me.
So four weeks later, I start getting a little nervous about time and give them a holler. they let me know that one item was delivered and the other one I would see in a couple of days. they gave me a company to get a hold of about the missing delivery. To their credit, at this point they had replied quickly, and they were both professional and courteous.
But the company they gave me for the tracking was almost impossible to get a hold of and when I finally got to their website….It was in Chinese and had no option to switch to English. I don’t speak Chinese so that was a bit of an issue. I let the customer service know my problem and about this time item number two shows up. it is broken and wrong. It’s not what I ordered. So now I get a hold of customer service again and here’s where things went really south… And remember up to this point I have spent $50 plus express shipping and I’ve gotten one MIA item …and one broken item that was not what I ordered anyway.
The solution that was offered to me…was they offered to refund two dollars?
That took a minute to sink in and it was actually pretty insulting, but that was the only offer they made to make any restitution to make it right at all. I said I wasn’t real happy about it and they said they would pass that on to their different departments so they could do better in the future.
I don’t have a lot of faith in the fact that they will improve from reading some of these other reviews. offering me two dollars was both insulting and accomplished nothing.
I never expected to be made 100% whole but basically I could’ve lit 50 bucks on fire and at least got the warmth from it.
I hope people read the reviews on this. I generally don’t write bad reviews, but these folks were pretty infuriating and in my mind this entire thing is akin to theft.
All I can review is for my personal experience, but it seems like there’s quite a few in the same boat.
I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company.

This company says they shipped your order and it was delivered but I never received it. I've tried for months to find where it got delivered to and nothing. They dont carry insurance on their products so if it gets delivered elsewhere or lost you are screwed. I lost over 80.00. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not order from this company. I never received my product. They said it was delivered then it was then it wasn’t. They gave me a tracking number that was not a usps tracking number. I went to the post office to show tracking number. That’s not there number. Needless to say they will not refund my money and I did not receive the package

I would do a zero if I could. I asked for a refund wanted to return. I didn’t get the amount of flowers I should have. They want even correct the problem at all. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They won’t stand by anything. The first order placed never got to me and they simply said “ not our fault” it had said during shipping/tracing it was coming from Portugal - once it was supposedly delivered it was from Asia…. Unknowingly the second item I ordered
(I didn’t realize what company it was) once I place the order, I received a email saying it was still in my cart so they offered 30% off. I emailed immediately and wanted them to honor that… needless to say it’s been weeks of back and forth on email they never respond to the actual question I ask… stay away! It’s like burning your money!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This is one of the worst companies I have ordered from. 1) they don’t tell you about shipping when you order, supposedly the company is in the US, later you find that the company is shipping from Italy; it took over a month to get 4 batches of flowers. 2) the flowers came in a small bag all smooshed together and are absolutely nothing like they are shown in the videos and pictures; they are sparse and cheap looking and fall apart when you try to fluff them out. 3) when I opened up the first package, the toxic smell, overwhelmed me and actually made my eyes water and itch, my throat sore and gave me a headache almost instantly. I do not know what that smell is, but I had to package it back up and put it out on the porch as it was smelling my whole house up. 4) I reached out to the company to let them know the problems with the order and asked for a return label and a refund; they offered $6 back on a $54 order, which is a slap in the face. Their product is awful and they don’t even stand behind it. They have a written motto saying that they want their customers to be happy and have a smooth experience, but this has been anything but smooth. And don’t even get me started on the order price, as they overcharged me by $16 and called it a system error. They would have done nothing about it had I not pointed it out to them! I have gone back-and-forth with them via emails, and they will not budge so I will be filing a complaint with my account and see if I can get anywhere doing that. I do not recommend buying from this company, in fact, I strongly recommend you run the other way! Cheap company with cheap products and bad customer service.

I ordered flowers in early May. Tracking showed that they left Italy (big surprise) on May 21, were in US customs on 5/23, and were supposedly out for delivery on 5/27 from Idaho Falls, Idaho. The tracking number is not valid for USPS. I truly doubt I'll ever see these flowers. This was my first and last online shopping experience.

I ordered 20 pkgs of artificial flowers. They keep saying they were delivered. I haven’t received my order because somehow the name and address that the pjs was delivered to was not mine. The post office verified the address was incorrect. This company refuses to send me a new order and hasn’t responded to my last 4 emails. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered 6 bundles of artificial hanging flowers on 5/3. Received 5/26. They look so real I just placed another order for several more. I was skeptical and nervous for all the obvious reasons however I was pleasantly surprised when I opened them up.

Taking a very long time to receive the flowers I ordered. I'm sure it was a scam and they won't show up. Nothing indicated upon ordering that this was coming from another country and would take months to arrive. Also, every 4-5 star review has the same verbiage. Obviously not real reviews. Live and learn, I guess!

I ordered over $300 worth of fake flowers as a mother's day gift as it was advertised and I still have not received my order. My credit card was originally overcharged $60 when my order was placed. The tracking said it was coming from Italy but now it's coming from China. I contacted the company by email several times and I was told to be patient my order was held up by President Trump's Tariffs. I asked for a refund several times and I have been given the run around & now my emails won't be answered. This company is a fraud! Straight up thieves. They take your money & send no product.

Don't buy from this company I never received my flowers. Emailed them they said it was delivered but the post office said the tracking label was fake!! They won't refund me my money!!!

I also believe I have been scammed. I have been dealing with them through email. They claimed my flowers were shipped and the USPS said the tracking # they gave me was not one of theirs. I will be fighting to get my money back. I ordered my flowers in very beginning of April

I ordered $52.42 worth of artificial silk flowers and it's been well over a month and a half and I have not received them just on the 12th I received a plastic package that had two rubber gardening shoes and I did not order them and that came from them instead of my flowers I have a dispute with PayPal on my credit card to get my money back because they are a scam.

I honestly think I have been scammed. Ordered some flowers over a month ago. They took my money and I have yet to receive the product. I have emailed them multiple times. There have no responses, none! Do not use this company. They are not legit.

Items were not as represented and not the correct quantity however customer service rep will not send me a prepaid return label or at least the correct quantity. Quite shady operation.

1) Tracking said it was coming from Ireland, then package shows up with an address of 25 Horizon Dr, Suwanee, GA 30024. Which shows on Google as an empty lot.
2) Paid $77 for 12 fake flowers that all together you would be lucky if they fit in a small vase. They had good marketing.
3) Think twice about what you're ordering from them.
