My order has never arrived and the owner has not responded to emails. My parcel just has a status with Royal Mail of awaiting parcel. I tried to support a small business but in this case it backfired on me.

Honestly the best possible customer service fast and efficient posting and the best product imaginable. I’ve had many dry robes but these ones beat the rest.
Thank you so much I will definitely be ordering again.

From ordering a towel robe bogoff, one pink one navy customer service has been amazing. Navy one was out of stock but Peth kept me updated with regular emails apologising. Order received and they were certainly worth the wait. Lovely and soft and snuggly. You must get one (or two)

Ordered on a Sunday 17 May expecting delivery by Thursday. Took money straight away never heard anything contacted on Tuesday no reply asked for order number Wednesday morning 0800 sent straight away had to contact Wednesday eve spoke to owner not great a bit of a stroppy mare, couldn't give answer assured he would be on the case first thing Thursday morning heard nothing all day just got notification Royal Mail awaiting package!! It's going to be at least 2 days late. Should have been delivered today. I have used before and recommended so apologies if you get a similar bad experience. The company had problems the weekend before why was it not rectified?

Ordered a changing towel on Saturday, received an email to apologise that they would be a slight delay due to amount of orders received over the weekend. Actually received my order today Wednesday, which was a lovely surprise. I wish I’d ordered two now. Used the changing towel this evening for a wild swim and is a game changer. Would highly recommend and will be buying a further towel.

I ordered two dryrobes on the 8th of May. Paid immediately. Firstly I was contacted to say the colour was out of stock. Changed my order which was acknowledged. Then the blame was put on Royal Mail. This weekend past I was contacted to say they had found my order. No more contact after this, no order either despite my repeated messages asking for a date, explaining it was a birthday present for this week. The product may be excellent, I don’t know as I haven’t got mine. However, I will not be risking it again, and would advise anyone if you are buying as a gift, don’t. You may find yourself out of pocket and giftless. Radio silence seems to be the goto when pressure is put on. I am away to research consumer protection options.
Update. I have received my order today 22/05/26. The robes are lovely. The issue seems to be about organisation of distribution, rather than the quality of the product.

Received my two robes and three towels today. At first I was sceptical about the claims of recycled materials. I needn't have been. These items are pure quality. Nice and big, and once washed, very soft. A mix up with stock was swiftly remedied by Jordan, the owner. Delivery was as promised. No problems with either him or the products supplied. I wholly recommend both him and his robes and towels. Well done.

Received 2 lovely ( personalised) towelling robes. ( 2 for 1) Good quality ; I like the zip and long arms. Would very much recommend. Good communication from Jordan too.

Very happy with my microfibre robe, and great communication from Jordan. After ordering, he quickly emailed to check I was happy with the details, as I'd ordered an old style without realising, and being inept at colour choices, I left it with him to decide what to go for in the newer style. The robe arrived very soon after, is a great size, and already being put to work on cold water swims. Thank you!

I'm a cold water dipper/swimmer in the Scottish Highlands and my (not Peth) dry robe proved to be more warm and windproof than drying. As such, after seeing an advert for Peth I ordered robes for myself and 2 friends as gifts, along with the towels.
I had an email the following day saying that the one colour was out of stock, so could choose a different colour or wait for the re-stock. I chose and alternative colour, which was fine. Robes and towels were all embroidered free of charge and arrived within a few days.
Towelling robes are amazing and easy on/off and they dry me whilst warming up after a dip. The towels are really big and really do repel sand!
I have since had several email chats with the owner Jordan after he asked what else people would like and I look forward to new colours arriving soon.
What I will add, is that it appears Jordan runs the company solo, so all credit to him for producing what he does. Blips happen in businesses, with online stock not matching actual stock or issues with messages/orders, as other people have experienced, according to reviews.
Peth is a great company and the products are brilliant. I have no trouble recommending Peth.

Lovely changing Robes ordered on a buy one get one free. Both personalised at no extra cost. Lovely soft towelling/ microfibres. Large enough to easily change your clothes under. With a zip pocket that will fit your phone and more if needed. Thank you.

Ordered on a Friday morning and delivered on Saturday lunch time! Lovely beach towels, great colors, free names embroidery and a bundle offer too… what’s not to like! I’ve been eyeing quick dry beach towels for a while but always thought they’re rather expensive… Peth sells those for a fraction of the price advertised by other retailers!
I am now going to order a changing robe as well!

Jordan went above and beyond to resolve a small issue I had. I have 2 changing robes and my friends have also ordered them once they saw mine. Highly recommended.

Love the free embroidery he offers and the size of the robes are amazing being a bigger lady

Terrible customer service. Order never arrived, all emails were ignored. After several Instagram messages the product arrived 3 weeks late with no apology.
Products themselves are fab.
