Before I joined Pet Database, I had some questions to ask, and Indy was extremely friendly and helpful in answering all my queries fully. Easy to use website and I'm now up & running with my pets microchip details - such peace of mind!

Pet Database is a Government recognised microchip site! I got scammed by another site and have only just found out - Pet Database were very helpful in getting everything transferred over. A big thank you to Indy who helped me through this.

These guys register already registered microchips from other databases where animals are stolen or lost. So if someone steals your dog they will let someone register the microchip on their name… they are also not 24 hours as required so if you lose your pet, good luck getting hold of them as they have a terrible automated answer machine and tell you to email? What good is that if I’ve lost my dog or a vet calls in that has found my dog? Customer service is abysmal

Indy made my request so smooth and efficient and done it with care such a credit to the team to send emails back and forth taking care of my change of ownership of my cat to its new owner it is very important to update your details with pet database

Emailed with a pet transfer request and Indy gave me a prompt, exact response to enable me to complete the transfer easily. A dogs details are so important to keep up to date, especially when rehoming.

Amazing genuine company. They contacted me to say my dog’s microchip had been registered by a fake website. Indy was very quick to explain and sort the issue and explained how to get a refund from the fake company. My dog’s details are now correctly saved and only accessible by the correct people.
