The absolute WORST pest control company…
The absolute WORST pest control company I have ever had the displeasure of using. I am in the middle of escalating my complaint but the additionally poor service of Julia Kukurowska has made it even worse. We used southall branch.
Please pay an independant contractor who will do a site visit first, do not believe their guarantees, they do not exist.
Honestly, if you are considering using them, do not do it.

We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience. Following a full review of your case, we believe the recommendations and advice provided by our team were clearly explained both during communication and in follow-up emails.
As part of resolving the issue permanently, additional proofing works were recommended to prevent further pest ingress. Unfortunately, pest treatments alone cannot always resolve an issue where structural access points remain present, and these works fall outside the scope of standard treatment visits.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, however we have remained transparent throughout and have continued to offer guidance on the best long-term solution.
