I’ve had a great experience with Personal Trainer Food meals. I started my GLP-1 journey and wanted meals that would work well with my plan. The flavors are excellent, and there’s a really good variety of options to choose from. Even my kids enjoyed them, which isn’t always easy to pull off.

The meals are incredibly convenient and easy to prepare, making them perfect for busy days. I also love that they offer options that cover all three meals, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of staying on track.

Overall, a high-quality, reliable meal service that I’d definitely recommend.

My delivery was canceled ("weather related reason"), but I was not informed and my delivery was not rescheduled. By the time i realized the cancelation, was able to call, they figured out when to schedule it and for me to receive it, my shipment was delayed by 2 weeks. So poor organization, no apology or compensation for the inconvenience. Also, my choices are switched around and I constantly have to go in to readjust them!

The food taste is good, so far I have liked all the proteins and vegetables I have eaten. The option to cook the proteins microwave and air fryer is good because some items should be crispy and taste even better. I see they don't offer snacks anymore, I'm not sure why but I miss the snacks.

I have used PTF, multiple since 2013 and used to love this company. After years of not ordering I recently ordered a 2 week meal plan. The food that came in was not what I ordered, there were vegetables that I just don't like, fish that I'm allergic to and some things (chorizo) that I was excited to but was not received. The food was not what I ordered but PTH reached out to me and made it right by shipping me the missing meals free of charge.

Plus this time I didn't get what I ordered (I do normally) and was missing 4 vegetables. I contacted customer service and have yet to hear back. (But I did get this email asking for review)

Never got my order. Then I reordered and was told the old order was cancelled. It them came and was terribly spoiled and no breakfast. I eventually got the reorder and they did give me a discount for all of the troubles.

Food is great - packaged well, tastes good and the right portion for calorie control.

Food was delivered quickly and when I had a question, customer service was amazing.

Tried to charge me for a delivery that was dated 35 years ago. Had to cut up my old credit card and get a new one.

I feel great eating their food, easy to use . Flavor good, natural.

Great food for being frozen! And super easy to stick to. Plus, food is a no brainer now! 😊 The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I think there should be a choice to receive it in two shipments spread out or something. I didn’t have room in my freezer. Also, the super large and heavy shipment was delivered to another unit in my complex, so I had to carry/ drag/ beg for help to get it home. Otherwise, great experience!

Being retired educators, we appreciate being able to purchase with the sale price. We enjoy the food and the variety. My wife and I can both select the items we prefer and our great meal is ready in minutes.

I received my box yesterday. Looking forward to resetting my journey.

This is my second time to ordering food from them and first time food was amazing Second Time, the eggs muffin and the chicken square is horrible. Even when I complain they asked me to send a picture and all and I did. I still did not got any response.

Good food but difficult to communicate with customer service.
