I found the experience pretty straight forward. I asked some questions via the Live Chat and the chap was very helpful, even rang to follow up and make sure I had received the course material. Pretty easy to book the exam and then got the results back. All in all from receiving the link to getting my test result was less than 48 hours. Now just waiting my certificate. My only feedback would be that the website could be clearer as to how it works. Would recommend.

The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that a couple of the questions were not covered in the course material.

The process was very easy and the support was great.

There are definitely some questions, both in the mock and actual exam that are not covered in the course material. However, a logical approach usually steers towards the correct answer. The actual and mock exam are miles apart - the actual is very strict and time controlled (but more than enough) and I don't think there is a time constraint in the mock. The invigilation is a new world and more could have been warned on this. The basic fact is that there is enough in the course material to cover the exam as long as you think logically.

Straight forward training on the end of a phone when needed good mock test ready for you to take exam

tried doing the course the first time.
had to resit as my partner was in the photo only to help me set it up.
the second time round there was a camera error meaning i then had to resit it again for the 3rd time.
I rang to speak about this even though it was not my flaut.

The customer service representative wasn't very helpful either even though i had [assed on all 3 occassions.

Was able to access the course material before I signed u which made it possible to study before hand, and Received my log in to take the exam within a couple hours of paying. Staff were welcoming when I called and supported with any questions I had. The process of taking the exam was straight forward, this was my first time taking an online exam.
