Clear and frequent communication updates on shipping status. Product is EXACTLY as expected. My wife is very happy with it.

Good quality product
Good quality product. Arrived fast in the mail. Only thing I didn’t noticed was purchasing in US dollars but that was my fault as I thought I was ordering from Australia.

I ordered the 12x12 pillow
I ordered the 12x12 pillow - I’m pretty sure it came with the 14x14 insert as it was so stuffed you couldn’t even see the pets name. The fabric on this particular pillow got super wrinkled by the vacuum seal. I had to iron it and get new stuffing. The pets name was still too low for an upright pillow - but my friend still loved it. I would order a different pillow next time.

The product does take weeks to receive
The product does take weeks to receive. The print is great! Very clear and I’m pleased with the picture, HOWEVER, the pot holder is so thin that the heat comes through and burns your hands. Very cheaply made. I don’t recommend the potholders to anyone.
