Serious Concerns About Stop-Loss Execution, Account Breach, and Lack of Customer Support
My experience with Perpify has been extremely disappointing, and I believe these concerns deserve to be brought to the attention of other traders.
I had a $10,000 account that was breached following two trades in which my stop-losses appeared to execute significantly beyond the levels I had set, despite my efforts to manage risk properly.
On my first trade, I intended to limit my loss to approximately $260, but the trade closed at a loss of around $290. After this, I reduced my risk significantly and placed another trade with a very small stop-loss of approximately $3–$5. Unfortunately, that trade also experienced what appeared to be excessive slippage, and my account was ultimately breached.
I understand that slippage is part of futures trading and that stop-loss orders do not always guarantee execution at the exact requested price. However, the extent of the discrepancies I experienced raises serious questions that deserve a proper technical investigation. I made an effort to control my risk, yet I still lost my account under circumstances that I believe require further explanation.
Another major concern is the inconsistent information I received regarding country restrictions. I contacted support multiple times through live chat to ask whether Pakistan was restricted. I was explicitly told that there were no restricted countries. However, I later saw information on Perpify's official X account indicating that Pakistan was restricted. This contradiction created unnecessary confusion, and I was unable to obtain a clear explanation.
I also noticed Perpify's announcement about scheduled maintenance and infrastructure upgrades due to increased traffic. I cannot confirm that this had anything to do with my trades, but given my experience, I believe the platform's execution reliability and technical performance deserve closer scrutiny.
What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have contacted support and sent an email to the administration team explaining the account breach, the stop-loss execution concerns, and my request for an investigation and account reactivation. So far, I have not received a response addressing these issues.
I believe every trader deserves transparent communication and a fair review when there are legitimate concerns about order execution. I am not asking for special treatment or exemption from trading rules. I am asking Perpify to review the actual execution records, explain what happened, clarify its country policy, and provide a meaningful response.
My request is straightforward: investigate the two trades, explain the execution discrepancies, and reconsider my account for reactivation if a platform-side issue contributed to the breach.
I am sharing my experience publicly because my attempts to obtain a resolution through support have not produced a response so far. I hope the Perpify team takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns rather than leaving them unanswered.
I would be willing to update this review if the company investigates the matter properly and provides a fair resolution.
