A couple of years back l bought a bottle of Longridge wine. However so hard trying to unscrew the top .
My index finger on left side got badly cut l had to seek medical attention. I let the company know about these hard tops on their wine bottles. The female whom l was dealing with was understanding, but the male was completely rude and totally dis interested.
Well I dont now consider purchasing any of their products.
Plus have let friend know how l was treated after this males dis interested attitude.
Wonder if he was happy in his employment he sure showed all signs of couldn't care

Had an issue with a product purchased from a supermarket but due to not having a receipt, I contacted the manufacturer directly. They responded swiftly and compassionately and were able to rectify the product issue very kindly.

I was told I won a Malibu hamper in a competition on 19/03 - still yet to receive it and getting no reply to any contact I try to make...

why tell me I've won in the first place? They've gone AWOL now.
