Terrible customer service and this is not the first time. I placed an order and did not get a tracking or anything and so I contacted them when I came back from vacation 2 weeks later. No response. It's 3 weeks later and they didn't even ship my products yet until I contacted them publicly and this is the second attempt. They finally ship out my products and no apologies for the delay or anything but just a "here's a 10% coupon for your next purchase". I can get a 10% off coupon code off the net and your sales are usually 10% off so No thanks, I will not be ordering from your company nor support it I'll switch to Ever After they're products are just as good and cheaper and customer service is outstanding. I've had other pmu artists friends that have had the same complaint about permablend and their terrible customer service and issues with ordering. Highly disappointed.
