Sent me a counterfeit delina Exclusif perfume. I wrote to them 3 times and no reply. Perfume smells for about 10 mins then nothing!!! $119! Not cheap. Awful fake perfume is sold. Save your money.

I get scammed too unfortunately. Bottle, smell, box, batch code… everything shows how fake is it. Can anyone advise me how can I get my refund back?

Order Valentino Uomo Born in Roma Ivory on Jan 14th, 2026 and received January 20th, 2026. The perfume appears to be fake. The label is not centered on the bottle. The lettering should be embossed on the label, but is not. It is printed and smudged. And the atomizer does not match any of the 12 other Valentino Uomo flankers I own.

Do NOT buy from here. I ordered Valentino Born in Uomo Intense off here, bottle is clearly a fake, leather label came half peeled off with the valentino logo being a way darker pink than it should be, as well as the lower half of the bottle should be see thru but this one is fully black. When you spray the scent it disappears within 20 minutes. scammers

I ordered Valentino Born in Rome and it was a fraud scent and packaging was fraudulent too. Do NOT buy from this company!!! I should have read the reviews.

I got my cologne fast and it was really good

I ordered 2 bottles. Shipped quickly. Obvious fakes. Contacted them for return. No reply. Took the product to the Post Office and reported them for "MAIL FRAUD" to the post master. I sent them an email explaining that I filed federal criminal charges against them for "MAIL FRAUD" ... they magically responded with a full refund.

I placed an order with SHOP for a perfume. Turned out they are called Perfume United. They were very fast to take the amount from my Cc and as of this moment 2 days later, not a single update or response to my emails that I sent them asking for any update on shippin,or estimated delivery, nevertheless a tracking number. I am frustrated and I emailed them advising that if I don’t hear from them I will write a review and I will call my Cc to charge them back. This is a mistake that I dealt with an unknown online store. Devastating. I encourage you to either shop known websites like Amazon, Macys, Nordstrom or go to a brick and mortar store, but certainly not this scam.

Warning! Fake product! Bought Creed fragrance gift set for men. It arrived fast but was an obvious fake. It was a low quality box with cheap bottles and no batch numbers, etc. As soon as I opened the box, a horrible synthetic smell came out.fragrance smells horrible as well.

Sold me fake perfume I bought 2 LV fragrances from them and they took 2 weeks to ship one the other never came. When the one came immediately I smelled strong alcohol l knew it was fake. The scent was so bad gave me an instant headache. The box and packaging alone let me know the company was janky, it came in a small box wrapped a 100x in clear tape. I was cutting through tape for 5 minutes to open the package. Once open thats when the whif of cheapness and generic filled the room. The box was soaked and discolored, the the top was off and the fake juice had spilled. Just a nast pungent rancid odor, I immediately took videos and pics and sent an email demanding a refund for the fake junk they sent me and told them to cancel the other one that hadn't shipped in over 2 wks. They didnt put up a fight and immediately started processing my refund, they knew they messed up to send me counterfeit product. I would never buy or recommend this website ever
