The item arrived extremely diluted and didn’t smell anything like the intended scent. Huge disappointment. Contacted the customer service but do not expect to hear from them … I guess we will see
My advice: don’t buy from them

I made an error when ordering from this company as I hadn't realised it was such a small sample ( my error) , but no response from the company when I asked how to return (unopened) . Definitely think this could be a scam company even though the delivery was well packaged and looked professional.

I’m leaving a second review to reiterate how awful the service is, when I emailed them about the perfume being diluted to the point where it smells awful they did not respond. I believe it’s a fake business I have never had such awful customer service. DO NOT USE

I've ordered twice, both times the sample game quickly enough. On my second order the atomiser was defective and I lost about a quarter of the bottle as a result. Customer services sent out a new atomiser which works fine.

I have emailed via thier website, but there are no other contact details. Still awaiting a response.

They have original perfumes but in my last order one of the most expensive it was diluted with alcohol.
I will not buy from them again.

Scents so fake and diluted I had to throw them out. Avoid.

Sent over a fake Tom Ford plum Japanoise. I have the original to compare to. They also ignore all emails.

Avoid them at all cost.

I'd give it - 5 if I could. Garbage seller, fake perfumes, bought lv city of stars 1 ml sample, as I seen other reviews I ordered from another seller and compared with the original ( which I have) ones from this site was clearly fake, customer service was awful.

The samples I received from Parfume Sampler were actually high quality. I realised this after re‑ordering similar samples from another seller — these ones were noticeably stronger and had proper colour, not transparent. It’s clear they weren’t diluted.

DO NOT buy from this supplier, you will get scammed. I order 8 different samples from this store a week ago and there are no updates on my order. I contacted them via email and no response. Please save the hassle and your money not to buy from this store.

I purchased a 50ml Creed Irish Tweed perfume, the perfume smelled a few minutes. In my opinion, it is a fake. Do not buy anything from the perfumesampler. co. uk website.

Had to send two emails before I got a reply, I bought a 50ml bottle of Louis Vuitton imagination. Was quick postage, but this is definitely not genuine. The smell is so weak and disappears instantly. I messaged the customer service twice, then was told to return it for a refund which was ok but I had to pay for packing and delivery. This was my first time using this site but sadly it's not been a good experience

Purchased baccarat rouge extrait sample . Questioning whether it’s a genuine sample as it doesn’t last very long compared to dupes !!

My order has clearly been lost in transit because it’s been 3 weeks since i put my order in, which wouldn’t have been to much of an issue if they responded to my email, asking if they can look into it, which I sent 4 or 5 days ago and I still haven’t gotten a response on any recognition that my package hasn’t turned up yet

Absolutely fantastic! Order placed on the Friday about mid morning & the product came in the post the following morning. I'm wearing the first sample today, & I'm looking forward to exploring the rest of my order. Thank you Perfume Sampler, I will be ordering again in the very near future.

I found this company to be 100% genuine. Their samples are competitively priced and offer a good range of sample bottle sizes. With each of the sample sizes that I ordered, all of them had an equal level of juice in them, there were no discrepancies. My order was processed in a timely manner and arrived well packaged. What's not to like? I will definitely buy from them again.
