Never received merchandise
Never received merchandise. Company advised me it was not their responsibility if an items was not received or delivered to the wrong address. They have no policy with the sender they choose to use if the merchandise is stolen or not received by customer.

Stock hard to source perfume and ship it fast
This company was the only one I could find that had the perfume my wife loved but somehow lost during our travels earlier in the year. I jumped on the idea for a birthday present. She could not remember the name and I only had a memory of the shape and colour of the bottle. The shipping was fast and the item was very well packed and arrived in time for her birthday.
