Fake! Shocking that i received a real bottle refilled with fake perfume. Smell was terrible box wasn't sealed and inside box was battered. So disappointed

Unfortunately the box that the perfume was in is quite battered and therefore now not suitable to give as a gift.

Really bad service. I was told my order had been dispatched, over a week later still no product.

I then followed up with customer service team, no explanation why I had been told the order was dispatched when it wasn't, despite me asking multiple times for an explanation and by this point one of the items had gone out of stock.

Overall a really poor experience, I will not be buying from again.

I have had perfume from oasis before and always been happy.The delivery is very quick.thought I would have a change of my usual perfume but was disappointed as most were out of stock.But a good price on the perfume I chose.

The perfume does not last long nothing like Tom ford, waisted my money the smell does not last an hour. Also it took 7 days after for the perfume to be delivered. I do not recommend

I should have read the reviews on this shop, Trustpilot obviously compromised. Sends out items that don't match the description, when you complain they insist item is genuine article as from high street retailer, very difficult to deal with and refused to provide a refund for various make believe reasons. It's more like shopping at Perfume Rubbish Tip. A complete waste of time, staff intentionally rude and aware of what they're doing, ignoring all the facts.
