I placed an order several weeks ago for +$50 and have yet to receive the product or any tracking updates. Every attempt at contacting them has been void. No face, no voice, a ghost company full of scam !

Ordered my vest and didnt receive any information about the shipping. I reached out multiple times and have been ignored each time. Horrible customer service and i still have not recieved my product

Made an order since January 12, 2018. Haven't received my order since then, today is March , 2018. Requested for a refund since they are taking so long to ship my item to me. There are 2 guys Mark and Daniel that emailed me back that they are experiencing high volumes of orders so my order might be delayed for a couple of days. So I gave it a month, still nothing. Been emailing back and forth but still they didn't want to refund my money back. They said my order might have been lost in the shipment. So so so inconvenient.

I placed my order on Jan 19, 2018 I WS told on Feb 11that that the warehouse was moving &that I would receive my order within a week today still nothing call the number just rings...scam scam scam
UPDATE today is March 14the still nothing I received an email after posting this review-i was asked via email only to wait until the end of the week...three weeks have passed. I'd asked for a refund notjing! Buyer Beware!

I wish I would have checked Trust Pilot before I ordered from this company. I ordered a sweat vest on January 20 and it is not February 26. Everything these ladies is saying is true about this company. I got the same email about the company moving warehouses and that I needed to be patient to receive my order. I was more than patient. Then i was contacted and told that they would have to cancel my order and reorder it in order for me to get my package. I'm over it and I just want my money back which I feel like will never happen. It has been over a month I have yet to receive something that should have taken 13 business days AT THE MOST to be delivered. Please save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. THIS IS A SCAM!

***UPDATE*** I literally just received an email that my order has been shipped...

Purchased from The Perfect Sculpt on January 20th. January 22nd, I received an email saying it had shipped, with tracking info. Every time I select "track package" from then until now, the DHL website says an error. So, I contacted the company. Once. Twice. Three times. Via email and their website. I have yet to hear back from them. My only saving grace is that I purchased through Paypal, so I have started a claim to get my money back. I will never purchase or recommend this company to anyone, but I WILL tell everyone who will listen how HORRIBLE of a company this is.

I ordered stuff from November 28th 2017 and its already February 20th, 2018 and I havent received my stuff. Each time I ask, they give some lame excuse. Now they don't even answer my queries.

My My My, where do I start! It has been over a month and still no product. The company emailed me after I spent my money and stated they were switching warehouses and that the timing would be 6 more days before I receive the merchandise. Well I emailed to see if I could pay for expedited shipping they told me that they would have it to me in time for the date I needed it. Well that date came and went. I have been going back and forward for a whole month with them and now they are saying they will have to cancel the order and reorder it for me! WHAT! Like this don't even sound right at this point! So unprofessional and I just can't believe they are allowed to treat people and lead people on this way. Never ever will I order from this site again!

I ordered sweat leggings on December 19th 2017 and I have yet to receive them I have called the number that is listed I have on numerous occasions reached by email and I have yet to get a response back or my product. Next step will be connecting a lawyer and getting others who have a complaint to do a class action suit, I want a refund no longer care about the product.

Been a month and i still haven’t gotten my sweat vest or my bra, when i cluck the link it’s broken, I’ve emailed the seller through PayPal and through customer support and there is no response. When shipping was supposed to be 2-6 days and processing 1-3 even with their little lying story about transferring locations my things still Should’ve arrived by now. Completely a scam i wish i would’ve seen these reviews before i ordered it.

I ORDERED 3 THINGS THAT PROMISED TO BE HERE WITHIN 2-8 DAYS. IT HAS YET TO COME AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY KEEP TELLING ME LIES SAYING THEY WERENT IN STOCK OR IT WILL "PROBABLY" BE IN BY THE WEEKEND. IF THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK WHHHHHHHYYY OH WHY ARE YOU STILL TAKING PEOPLE MONEY. THEY GIVE YOU A FAKE ORDER NUMBER AND IF YOU CLICK TO TRACK THE ORDER ON THEIR PG THE PAGE CRASHES. THERE IS NO ORDER TRACKING PAGE BECAUSE ITS A SCAAAAAAAAAAM!!!! THERE WAS A PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBPAGE LAST WEEK I CALLED AND IT JUST KEPT RINGING LIKE A CELL PHONE. THE I GO ON SITE TODAY AND THE NUMBERS GONE. COMPLETELY GONE!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM AND ORDER ANYTHING. I WISH I RED THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED FROM THEM SMH. LESSON DEFINATELY LEARNED.

paid for shipping which was a max of 6 business days. 22 days later and i still have nothing to show for my hard earned cash. when I contacted them they told me the were in the process of moving warehouses, seems they have an excuse for every damn thing.

WELL IF THEY KNEW THAT WERE THE CASE FOR SO MANY ORDERS WHY KEEP PROCESSING ORDERS TAKING PEOPLE MONEY IF YOU CAN'T MEET THE DEMAND!!! This company 🤬 sucks. I’m so frustrated and mad😤😡. I wish i would’ve read the comments before ordering. It’s been two weeks and haven’t received anything. I have never ordered from a place that takes this long. I will never order from this place again.

This website is a fraud! Do not order here as they do not refund your money, the only way to get your money is through your bank.

Beware!!!

Ordered the wax kit from this company and they did not enclose the spatula, in which I paid for of course. It took almost 2 weeks to get the product, which was terrible enough. I had to go through all kinds of hoopla just to get them to send me the spatula. I had to take pictures of the product, receipt, invoice. Tell me why, when I provided them the order number and they had the information right in front of them. This was so inconvenient. I have never had to do all of this with other companies just to receive what I paid for. I will not be ordering anything else from this company.

I ordered the sweat best on 11/06/2017..... Today is 12/16/2017 and I have received nothing!!!!!! They're telling me the same thing that they're telling everyone else.... I'm livid and now I'm convinced that I won't receive anything!

Only giving two stars because unlike many of the other unhappy customers, I actually did get my bra and it fit like magic. HOWEVER, I HIGHLY recommend you to NOT buy from here. Not because their products suck or because their customer service is lacking, but because I am incredibly concerned for my card safety when it comes to this company. TWO orders have been placed on my card without my consent or attention, each one took $19 out of my account without my approval and I would not have realized had I not manually checked the money in my account and realized the money was missing. Both incidents happened separately. The first time that it happened was around two months ago and I didn't think too much of it despite being incredibly suspicious. Once it happened the second time, which was just now, I know it has something to do with the company and am scared it is going to happen again so I am WARNING you NOT to order from this company in case it happens to you too.

Their website says product delivery within 2-6 days. My order is more than 20 days since placed and still hasn’t been processed until now. Wrote email to their Support Team and no response. Their Live Chat isn’t helpful either! When you wanna refund, it only comes in form of store credit. Well, nobody wants to do business with unreliable company!
