When I do the verification I have already gone through the first two verification, but come to the third one it was phone number verify and when they call me I have answered their phones but with the other ends I can't ever heard any voice talking at all.And when I try a few times then it said I already reached the maximum try, need to wait for another 24hrs and try again, it's been already three days I still never get any feedback at all.

After leaving a one star review in Trustpilot here: trustpilot[dot]com/reviews/63bffa454d0773066a35ab9c, PerfectMoney team gave a second thought, asked me to go through KYC check again and generated a new password for me so that I could access my account. Yes, I did it successfully. I finally took all my money away from my account for USDT.

My question is why did they ask for the KYC check again whereas I already did it and got approval when I registered an account with them? I have actually done quite a lot of transactions with this ewallet without any problem? or they just want to do whatever they want to their will?

In my culture, it's said that 'Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me' (một lần bất tín, vạn lần bất tin). I don't dare to use this ewallet again because I don't know if my account would get locked again when I wake up in the next morning.

perfect money is a full time scam.i lost 475 usd transferred to orbest investments ltd!...ive been trying my best to get it shutdown becuz theres over 100 reports of the same case!!

I have deposited my profits earned in USD from FundedNext Trading platform (FN) as suggested by the account manager and now the money is sitting with Perfect Money (PM) for a week plus because of their phone verification not being able to verify my registered mobile number that matches with what has been stated in my profile whilst filling in my details. In addition may I ask a serious question when I have posted my passport copy along with my bank details copy and those have been verified then why is phone verification so important??
Incase it is important to send me any OTP so that my money is transferred via bank transfer to my account why is it taking so long to verify my mobile number??
Alternatively when the phone verification does not work is there no other alternative rather than asking me to use another mobile number which is not my registered mobile number? or asking me to contact my operator who will change their policies so that I am able to receive my OTP?
I need my hard earned profits in my bank account ASAP or I want my money to be transferred back to the Funded Next account where it came from??
Your support team has no solution rather than repeating the same answer everytime I need to have an answer to how will my funds reach my bank account????????????????????? Since 07th December it is an ongoing issue till date no help besides repeated replies from the support team.

This company can at least pay my money back 8nto the bank ACC details I sent them,coz although little,it belongs to me,and the mistake was that investmarkers went to deposit their,thinking that they would honour their client requests..but they want you to use their dishonest money exchangers that requires big account balances before they consider honouring your withdrawal requests
So it one big scam operation needs to be investigated by the trade commission,authorities..to protect clients
