NO information was provided about the network when I selected the ETH, stay away! they are scam!

If there was an option to put less stars I would rate -100 stars. I now know why they have chosen the name Perfect Money, because they have a perfect money ponzi scheme where they abuse their own clients, including bad, good and not so good people that invest their funds with them. Especially their tab "credit exchange" has the whole scam running where their clients can lend money to borrowers with a moderate to high ROI in a few days or in no more than 365 days. In their own platform they state that if a borrower does not return the money on time they will erase and transfer all funds to the lender, which did not happen nor the support team had reached out or answer any tickets from me. Please stay away from these muggers, hopefully one day a thunder hits their headquarters and burn them hell all to ashes.

Some time ago I had a need to create an account on this fraudulent platform. I had to provide them with my personal data for normal use.
Now I wanted to delete the account and wrote to their support with a request to delete my personal data.

This is what they replied me:
"Dear Customer,
Unfortunately at present the only way to close your account is to stop using it. Please simply ignore it if you do not need it anymore.
Sincerely, Customer Support Manager
George Tanney"

Be careful with this gang of scammers - they registered the company in a state where there are no laws - just bandits and scammers! Do not work with them!

When I contacted customer support, they informed me that if a loan isn't repaid on time, the system automatically blocks the borrower's account and transfers any associated funds to the lender's account. This experience highlights the risks associated with using services on such sites. Don't use it and by the way, they have the Worst Customer support ever they didn't help to get the money and they told me after that "you may ask a borrower to disclose them before giving him/her a credit, so later you will be able to appeal to the police in case of fraud" I contacted the borrower he didn't answer.

I've now lost my money because I placed trust in this site, believing I had their support. Instead, they're enabling fraudulent individuals by deceiving users into parting with their funds.
