I’ll now be taking this to the fca. This company is not for for purpose and should not be operating. . I made two complaints and then had to come on trustpilot to complain as neither had been dealt with . That was the 20th and was apologised to and told to
Email tbe complain in again and it would be dealt with in 3 days . That was ten days ago. They basically have zero complaints procedure and I am finished with the stress dealing with this . I’ll now take this to the fca . Utterly repugnant and disgraceful service.
I requested this firm to delete my personal data. They asked me for personal data to locate my account, which I refused to do over email. I then called and managed to speak with an irritated agent who explain why they cannot delete the data for x years. I then emailed to get confirmation of what he told me, and again they asked for the same personal data to be able to answer, even though they didn't need that to confirm with an yes or no. I decided to stop there. What's the point in wasting time with small minds?!
The world of finances is full of incompetents like these ones.

I needed some urgent information and rather than using the email facility, was able to get through on the phone line straight away and spoke to Yogesh. He was a pleasure to deal with, very efficient and answered the questions straight away.

Over the past 5 years People's Pensions has continued to make the same mistakes, eventually acknowledging them as errors on their part only to repeat the same errors months or years later.
Their complaints process is an utter shambles the most recent one is now in month 4 and no responses but we are still continue to receive threatening letters for not making contributions to a clients business pension scheme for a business that ceased over 5 years ago
The I wouldn't trust them to mow my lawn let alone look after my pension

Really dreadful. Have been trying to organise a transfer into this scheme from another ( only because it was the sole way to access the money ) and there have been hiccups and incompetency all the way along. They're now talking about tax rules which prevent them from giving me my money, yet HMRC have never heard of them before??

Biggest rip off there is opted out had emails statinh opted out yet 3 mth later still pinchinh my money tk tge point ove just put my notice im if my next job has thus governent con organisation ill walk away avoid these like the plague

Awful pension provider, it will take you ages to get your money , there service is poor, there returns are poor, there attitude is poor, better yo go elsewhere and take all your money out and from this awful company.

Incredibly poor customer service Team. It’s taken months for me to transfer a relatively small pension to another provider and I’m still waiting. It took them over a month to inform me they needed my transfer request to come from an email address they had on file. I completed their request and after another few weeks they informed me I needed to fill out a questionnaire. Then after another few weeks I called again to escalate my issue of nothing happening and I was promised a next day call back from agent who was personally managing my issue which obviously did not happen. I called again to make another complaint and was offered a good will gesture and for the transfer to be dealt with asap. A few weeks later again I received an email informing me my address did not match on file (which it 100% does because it’s correct in my online account and when I call you and pass security). Called again to escalate, promised a next day call back again by someone who again was personally managing my issue. No next day call back again…received a call the following day (no VM left as requested), called back to escalate again and was PROMISED yet another call back by 6pm same day, and yet again no call. I’m a very easy going and amenable person but this customer service team is the most time consuming and poor I’ve encountered. I’ll be seeking to take things beyond their complaints team who don’t see things through

I have been trying to log on to see how my pension is doing but it kept saying my info doesn't match with the info they have, so I rang them.
I spoke to a lovely, very helpful lady called BINA and after a few minutes she discovered that the date of birth my employer had given them was wrong by about 10 years, which was great in my head as that made me 50 not 60 but in reality it was an issue. BINA has set the ball rolling to get it changed and I should be able to log in by Tuesday of next week, which is a relief. 10 OUT OF 10 FOR BINA AND A BIG GOLD STAR 😁❤️

Having to raise a legal dispute as they are refusing to remove me from there pension scheme. Absolutely disgraceful you can’t force someone to stay in your pension scheme however peoples partnership feel like they can, 8 different emails telling them to remove me and they just keep telling me I need to really think about the decision and then refusing to remove me.

Trying to retire. Annuity provider has received funds from Peoples Partnership over 2 weeks ago. Peoples partnership has not provided the annuity provider with the regulatory notes that should accompany the payment and therefore can not set up my annuity. Apparently this should have taken someone 5 mins to sort out. I have made a complaint and heard nothing back. This is a basic incompetence. But the frightening thing is that despite making formal complaints and multiple telephone chasers, no progress is being made to address this mistake. This suggests to me a fundamental structural issue that is probably a result of home/hybrid working as the admin team are not allowed to take telephone calls...how embarrassing!

THE FACT HERE IS THAT THE MONEY HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED. UNFORTUNATELY PEOPLES PARTNERSHIP LACK BASIC COMPETENCE IN THAT THE MONEY HAS BEEN SENT WITHOUT THE REQUIRED REGULATORY NOTES. THIS IS A MATTER THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY AND SHOULD NEVER FALL INTO THE COMPLAINTS PROCESS. WE ARE NOW THREE WEEKS ON FROM THE PAYMENT BEING MADE AND NO FURTHER FORWARD BECAUSE OF PEOPLES PARTNERSHIPS INCOMPETENCE. THE PROBLEM IS THEIR OWN INTERNAL PROCEDURES BEING UNFIT FOR PURPOSE. IT IS TELLING THAT BETH HAS NOT EVEN OFFERED TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. PATHETIC!

Poor customer service . Failed to respond to my repeated emails over numerous weeks . Escalated complaint was found in my favour . They offered £50 compensation . Back to square one chasing them , not responding. I will be moving my pension from this company due to their poor quality of substandard unacceptable lack of customer focus.
