Really helpful call with a gentleman named Simon who gave me additional helpful advice and support when I accidently set the device off (again!). Great especially as I'm quite new to using this device and just getting to know how to use it. It also helped ease my anxiety of using it or even accidently using it again in the future, great team, thank you.

We have had this app for 18 months and it has never worked. It was cancelled 7 months ago, yet the company continues to bill us.
In that time I have made repeated attempts to resolve the issue. Every query is passed endlessly between Customer Services and Credit Control, with no ownership, no accountability, and no outcome. Seven months of unanswered queries and empty promises is simply unacceptable.
It should not take this long to stop charging a customer for a product that has never worked. The process has been exhausting, time-wasting, and deeply frustrating. Based on my experience, this company shows no interest in resolving problems or supporting its customers once they have your money.

Simon is a real gentleman, my safety device started beeping, and Simon introduced himself asked if I was okay and if I needed support, when I explained it was an accidental call out for help, he talked me through how I can cancel the call if need be. He was very polite and helpful. Exactly who we need in case of emergency!

I have been liaising with People Safe since the beginning of the year. The organisation I work for have been exploring lone worker devices and we invited suppliers to demo their product. People Safe were by far the most professional, polished company but it wasn't just a sales pitch - their passion for the safety of workers really came across and they had a developed product roadmap, which just gave us huge confidence in their ability to deliver. Throughout the whole process they understood our strategic goals and discussed how they could help us deliver those.
A particular shout out to Sam Gerrard and Kadeer Joseph who have both been super supportive. There were times where I couldn't give definitive answers because of internal conversations and processes, however I never felt pressure from them to sign up. They were patient, offered me assistance if I needed it and then jumped straight into things once everything had been finalised.
